On the off-chance you're serious, then your experiment is off to a bad start already. I'm pretty sure when conducting a social experiment, you're not supposed to tell the test subjects that they're part of an experiment. That can introduce bias of its own, and skew your results.
Also also, Reddit is nowhere near as neutral as you seem to think it is. I'm pretty sure you'd struggle to find any community on Earth that's as absolutely neutral as you seem to want, on the internet or otherwise. Indeed, the very fact that you think Reddit is neutral at all says a lot about your own personal and political biases.
I'm sure there's a lot more problematic methodology going on here, but I'm hardly an expert on the subject, so I'll leave the task of highlighting that to others. Of course, this is assuming you're actually serious about this endeavour, and aren't just trolling.

The redneck goons are simple, they're "hurr durr we like it as it is now, and we'll keep it that way, because we're in power". Make them see the other side as Red Scare or something like it.

Hello TV tropes, I am doing an experiment about writer’s bias. I have a little writing prompt for you. Your response can be anywhere from a few paragraphs to an entire novel.
Write a story in which two groups: One composed of SJ Ws, the other composed of /pol/’s general user base, in a situation in which they are opposed to each other and eventually come into conflict. They can be two nations, two gangs in a post-apocalyptic setting, etc.. I’m personally writing about two space stations competing for mining resources on an asteroid. Optionally you can add a neutral group into the mix. Don’t worry about pulling a straw character. Feel free to give one group a positive or negative portrayal if you feel their ideology is better or worse than the other’s.
I am also posting this here because A: you guys are writers, B: I might be wrong about this but TV Tropes tends to attract a more left-leaning crowd, especially this forum. I’m not sure if anyone reading this is a full on SJW but if not, this website still has the demographic I’m looking for. I’m also posting this on Reddit for a control group and on /pol/. I’ll post the results here, on /pol/, and on Reddit when we’re done. I think this will be interesting.
