Agreed, classic JAFAAC.
I wonder if there is a good image out there of The King Of All Cosmos complaining how he destroyed all the stars in the sky in a drunken bender at the start of Katamari Damacy.
I say Keep Until Better Image Suggested. At at least captures the "well, he sure LOOKS harmless" aspect of the trope.
That said, I've love a new image. We've got the page name, quote, and image all from the same source. That's certainly less than ideal.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.I feel like the best bet for describing the trope in an image would be to make it sequential. Like showing a decent looking character doing something mundane, like maybe a school science project, and the next image showing the world blowing up.
I know there are some series that use that as an Cut Away Gag, but none are currently coming to me at the moment...

I think this is a textbook Just A Face And A Caption and see no reason to keep it on the page. He already has the name and the quote, so the image isn't adding anything even if you are familiar with the work—the association is well-established without it.
Vote to pull.
Rhymes with "Protracted."Second that.
Its one of those tropes where a good image is going to be very hard to find, but this one needs to go.
Reg Shoe here. Currently more or less unable to use site or get into my account thanks to switchover issues. I'm not bitter, just British.Remove the current. Not really Keep Until Better Image Suggested-worthy as-is.

I happen to know what that is, but there's so little context that it isn't a very good illustration.
Reaction Image RepositoryI see the Destroyer of Worlds part, but the Mike Nelson (IMO the more important part of the trope) not at all
Eh, I dunno; that dumbass grin and thumbs up gives me the impression of an idiot.
He's so barely visible it took me way too long to notice him. Plus, it doesn't show that he's the reason why things blew up. To be entirely honest, with no context, it looks more like a memorial for the Plucky Comic Relief who just did a Heroic Sacrifice
Ditto. It's not at all clear that he caused the explosion as opposed to having gotten killed by it.
Reaction Image RepositoryDid a search through the examples. Found "Squishy, Hugger of Worlds" from an unaired Invader Zim episode. This is fanart, and it may need a caption to help, even if it just says his name. Not the best, but better than nothing. [1]◊
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed. Not a fan.
Me neither. The cutesy artwork work against that it's a world destroyer, and I'm not sure a creature that large is a good illustration of the trope either.
Check out my fanfiction! How about something like this?◊ (cropped, of course)
If that had a better quality, it would be a candidate.
Clock is set.
Clock's up; locking up.
The current page image for Mike Nelson, Destroyer of Worlds is such a blatant Just A Face And A Caption that it kind of hurts. It's only a picture of Mike Nelson with the phrase 'it's always the ones you don't expect' as the caption. Not only does that not demonstrate the trope (normal character or some arbitrary situation that accidentally destroyed a planet), the caption more so implies that he did it on purpose, the exact opposite of the trope.
I suggest at the very least pulling the image, even if we can't come up with a better replacement, as the current one is more detrimental to explaining the trope than it is helpful.
