Y'know, I actually kinda like the one that's on the page now.
Another to keep the current one. It's a lot easier to tell who the human is.
Yes. It's also more interesting, especially since it comes from a media that's not seen much here.
Check out my fanfiction! It is a weird crop of the image on the Pinball.Asteroid Annie And The Aliens page, kind of a duplicate.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. The alternative is going to a 404 Not Found error for me.
I also think the current is better than the previous, partly because all of the non-humans are more obviously not human than in the previous picture.
Absent-minded professor and Neverwinter Nights DMThere's an extra space and dash before the last word in the link...another thing that needs to be addressed in the new code. It's a pic of all the Winnie The Pooh characters around a table with Christopher Robin.
And that's also a clear illustration of the trope.
Check out my fanfiction!@8: Does this◊ link work?
It does.
I think the current pic better illustrates how the trope is more commonly used then the WTP one.

Ok but the current image is a duplicate. I like the Winnie-the-Pooh one too.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I like the Asteroid Annie one, but it is a duplicate. Winnie the Pooh is a good example, so I'll support it. The Guardians pic uses Rubber-Forehead Aliens so its not as clear.
It's just barely an example too. In the comics, Drax is a human too. They changed him for the movie to invoke the trope.
I'd almost say that since pinball games are never used in IP (and are probably not a commonly accessed part of the wiki) I'd be okay with the image duplication as it's a good example of the trope.
I thought it was a non-issue if the same image was used for the source workpage and a trope page...?
"Non-issue" seems like an exaggeration. In theory, it's okay. In practice, it never happens. It just doesn't look good, especially given the trope image would link to the work page.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Alternately, I could just get a different picture for the Asteroid Annie page, such as a shot of the entire cabinet.
The only reason I changed the trope image was because it really points out the "Token" part of the trope.

I am rather partial to the Pooh image.
You could hardly say that Christopher Robin is the "token" human since all of the (original) stories were written with him as the "hero" and the main character, no matter what the cartoons did later.
Still, the picture does seem to give that impression so for the sake of avoiding using a duplicate pic, I will reluctantly support the Winnie The Pooh picture unless a better pic can be found.
Absent-minded professor and Neverwinter Nights DMHow about something like this: ooh clicky◊

This "new era" they talk about is a load of shit. The age where pirates dream is over!? THE DREAMS OF MEN NEVER END! AM I RIGHT? -Big BadThere is a human in there?
^^^ It's not accurate at all to say that the original stories had Christopher Robin as the Hero and main character. Many of them didn't involve him at all, except as someone Pooh, Piglet and the others mentioned. In others he was physically present, but Pooh was always the focus character.

Image recently changed by rjung; I've sent him/her the standard editing issue message.
In this case, though, the replacement is probably superior to the old one. Previous image:
