Cast members are doing a twitter Q and A on Friday.

On that cast list, the biggest surprise but makes perfect sense... Ezra Miller as The Flash, presumably taking down Boomerang and leaving him for the cops. But a small role looks to be Robin Atkin Downes as someone named Angelo. Quick Google search said Angelo is Angle Man, a Wonder Woman villain.

So that would be his 2nd DCEU movie in a row; he voiced Doomsday in Batman v Superman.

Angelo could also be Angelo "Killer" Mirti he is a member of the Falcone Crime Family; He could be talking with Joker or something in Gotham.

If I'm not mistaken, Downes is the guy that the Joker want to do... something at him? Showing his toy?

Also, Diablo has FAMILIES?!

...That's explain why he's willing to be in Squad in the first places: Either he seen it as way to get Get Out Jail card, Waller uses his family as, well, carrot and stick, or that he's in prison in the first places by doing Fiery Revenge. Or all of them. On the second thought, having bomb implanted in his head implied that his family are still, well, alive, and if he want to see them again,he should behave. This also consistent with how he presented in trailers: He refuses to respond on Boomey and Deadshot (at first) because he doesn't want to hurt his chance to be free and see her family again. It's also gives him more reason to be teetotaler; he doesn't want to losing his reason for whatever reason. This also in tune with him being The Atoner.

I like this guy.

Regarding the spoiler person being in the movie

The more I hear about this craziness from behind-the-scenes, the more I'm convinced this is them compensating for the film not getting an R-Rating.

Heh, they're adapting a scene straight out of the original run of the book: Boomerang tells Slipknot that the bombs are fake to see if he'll try to escape and if the bombs will actually blow up.

...Okay, this is start getting uncomfortably ridiculous. Should we make spoiler-only thread?

When does the review embargo end? If they're waiting until a couple days before the film is released, like they did with BVS, that's not a good sign.

Suicide Squad is confirmed to have a Mid credits scene

It will not have an after credits scene.

The mid credits bumper is suppose to include a scene that is pivotal for the DC Films Universe going forward.

I just realized, the "swirling ring of trash" in the sky looks oddly similar to the same visual effect as the World Engine and Black Zero terraforming process. Maybe a coincidence, maybe intentional. The DCEU population is probably going to get sick of these events happening.

Anyone else want that credit scene to be Ivy turning the joker into mulch?

Meh, Ivy is an eco-terrorist prick who thinks plants are more important than people's lives, don't really care for her. If Harley is going to have a girlfriend, I'd rather her be with someone who isn't another mentally unhealthy villain. Maybe Katana, which we can see develop in that possible Birds of Prey movie, depending on how this movie goes.

I, think that Katana is tend to be straight? (What with husband and all) (Not That There's Anything Wrong with That)

I don't know much about the comic Katana, but making her a bi Asian woman in the DCEU for double the representation would be worth it.

Ivy is no saint, but she's never been as bad as the Joker. She cares about some people besides herself. Hell, for a time she even took in orphaned children.

Her sword has the soul of her dead husband in it. She still talks him and her sword is confirmed to take souls in Suicide Squad. So it could be awkward if she was in a relationship with Harley Quinn because she still talks to her dead husband.
