This one is extremely caption reliant. The glowing sword is the only magical thing out of place here. The girl on the right doesn't count because the caption is needed to explain her. I'm open to other suggestions, though the only one I can think of for now is the gods, Ra (Egyptian), Odin (Norse), and Vishnu (Hindu), from Samurai Jack. I know this image isn't great, but I'll try to get a better screencap (or several) later. [1]

[up] It's definitely not as reliant on the caption as the current is.

The suggestion looks more like Crossover Cosmology to me.

Previous threads. Both had some suggestions but clocked out.

At this point, I wouldn't mind overlap with Crossover Cosmology. However, for consideration here is the image I liked best from the past threads.

That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

That one seems OK.

I still like 4. I also think the current works.

4 is nice, but I feel like the current one also works.

I like 4 better then the current. The current barley works as it is and the fact that it's from SG-1 isn't helping as SG-1 is practically an inverse of the trope itself as none of the myths in that show are true. All myths are aliens...

I prefer 4, since it's less caption reliant.

The current doesn't really need such a big caption, military fatigues + Sword In The Stone pretty much explains itself.

I prefer #4 to the current. The current has only one element I recognize as mythical: the sword. The people? could simply be a time-travel or alternate timeline thing.
