I suppose one step would be a rename to Falling On Ice, which is what it is about. Not too sure what the storytelling purpose is, though. People slip on ice, they sit in chairs ...
Goal: Clear, Concise and WittyIt's sort of like Fish out of Water, or an inversion of Graceful in Their Element, specifically relating to ice. That's what I can see, at least.
Check out my fanfiction!Really? Based on the description and page image, this seem to simply be about "people who really suck at ice-skating", which appears rather chair-y.
It needs a rewrite to be about the ice instead of the skating.
This is a Fish out of Water situation that show that the character have a flaw. A flaw that doesn't show when they are off ice. Often used as a "compressed flaw".
and it is of course often played for laughs.

I think it just needs crosswicking. There's more examples on the page, the name's fairly indicative, and it's essentially a stock gag of someone comically stumbling while trying to balance of skates.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Aye, this page can definitively use some more crosswicking.

Something's up with this article. Right now its usage stats are not great. Specifically:
Failures on Ice found in: 14 articles, excluding discussions.
Since January 1, 2012 this article has brought 2 people to the wiki from non-search engine links.
I'm pretty sure this is a fairly common trope, having seen it here and there, and yet right now it's not doing very well, even though it's had about one and a half years to gather wicks.
