Great example, bad image. I'm not sure how to pic this.
It's better than nothing. It looks to me like the guy on the throne is the one in power, since he's, you know, on a throne. But since he's a kid, the regal looking guy looks like the power behind the throne.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them. It's weak but it's not just a face. There's a child on the throne and an older man who might be more experienced in rulership because he's older. It would be better if the older one looked, "smarter, stronger or more skillful (and almost always scarier)," but being older is something.
He's also literally looking down on him.

Another keep or Keep Until Better Image Suggested vote or two and we can move on.
The quality is kind of lame, which brightening made more obvious I think. Can anyone recapture? Or tell me what episode that is from, and approximate time.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I think the picture pretty well captures the trope. Someone obviously regal is seated in a throne, and yet squirming and looking up to the shadowy, scaly-clothed figure looking down at him. The one thing that it doesn't show is that the standing figure is the seated figure's second in command.
It's from Season 3 episode 1, halfway through the conversation between Joffrey and Tywin (immediately after Joffrey makes the complaint about having to climb stairs).
...Though I will say that this trope, The Man Behind the Man, and The Starscream could be effectively pictured similarly.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyKeep Until Better Imagine Suggested. I'd say that the quote should stay as the example's good and the image is bad, but that's another discussion altogether.

Move to close?
The sad, REAL American dichotomyOh yeah, should've been done a while back.
This is just a guy sitting on a throne and a guy giving his back to the camera. I see no Dragon or anything of the sort here. Not even the caption is much aid here. I think it needs the pull.
