Seeing how asocial and downright malevolent she is, I wouldn't be shocked if they sent her to study far away in a girl's school where she could develop her ballet, or something like that.

One divisive episode I found myself liking from Adventure Time was "Rattleballs", or rather PB in it.

A lot of people had reservations about murdering those gumball guards and are quick to slap the "evil" label on Bonnibel, but in my mind, it boiled down to a quick decisive solution to a growing problem.

Like, she let Rattleballs live after seeing that he had a conscience, which makes sense, because the others were basically "hurt hurt hurt" and just trying to reprogram them could get them into "kill kill kill" mode if it took too long.

[up]Plus, I've seen people say her action in "Apple Wedding" gave them another reason to hate her.

[up][up]Yeah, I didn't see a huge issue with that either, due to the fact that 1. Aside from the one, she had no reason to believe that the Rattleballs were sentient and 2. She kinda had a basis for her decision in that they were demonstrably dangerous. Heck, even the sentient one fully intended to blind Finn before it identified him as a warrior.

And on the topic of Adventure Time, I didn't find "The Red Throne" nearly as annoying as a lot of people seem to. I can understand why people might not like it, but the whole "Finn becomes an idiot because of romance" is sort of an established character trait at this point. He might not have been heavily involved in the plot, but I think it's good that he was because it provided closure for the whole FP storyline.

[up][up] Apple Wedding is another, thanks for reminding me.

While Princess Bubblegum's random inprisonment was random, I thought the timing of the Gilligan Cut was hilarious. Plus, the heartwarming moment immediately after made it all the better for me.

And it's not like the King of Ooo was the paragon of virtue everyone makes him out to be. I mean, his... whatever you call the wedder thing... was basically a humongous scam to force a married couple to do unpaid manual labor. And of course Mr. Pig was too naive and Tree Trunks was too old/senile to see through the fast talking (apparently the viewers who defend him couldn't see through it either)

I didn't mind some of the De Patie Freleng era 'Looney Tunes'' shorts. In fact I actually found of the Daffy vs Speedy shorts rather enjoyable. Yeah they ruined Daffy, but he was already a mean spirited curmudgeon by this point, and at least he was more of a Worthy Opponent for Speedy, Sylvester was one of those villains I tended to feel too sorry for.

I've never really seen a lot of the De Patie-Freleng Looney Tunes... But I don't think I'd mind either.

Hell, it's the studio who gave us the Pink Panther, the Inspector, the Ant and the Aardvark...

While this is not the WHOLE episode, I didn't find the first act of Family Guy's "Brain's Got A Brand New Bag" (the episode where Brain begins dating a woman who is 50 years old, and the family makes fun of him)

I really like the Roadhouse bit (where Peter begins kicking everything: Brian, A drive-through restaurant's window, Lucy van Pelt, Lois's breasts, and his car wheel)

Yes, It DOES drag, but it's still enjoyable.

And I'm gonna say it: I don't hate Lucy van Pelt at all. I ONLY hate her football gag, and that's it.

The only thing that really bugged me about that episode (outside the aforementioned lagging) is that, like so many others, they couldn't get in an Aesop without sticking in some glaring hypocritical shade to it (the girlfriend put emphasis on how pathetic Brian was for cheating on her and trying to justify it, something that is perfectly correct, but they also have her laugh off and excuse her daughter standing him up and acting like a slut).

I'm starting to think Seth's team (for any show) thrives on The Unfair Sex.

I don't notice a difference between the old episodes of The Simpsons and the new episodes. I liked that "Prince and Pauper" one, as well as "Saddlesore Galactica." I also like Ultimate Spider Man and Marvel's Avengers Assemble. Please don't insult me. If you have to, do it in a PM.

This is more of a specific character than an episode, but I liked the infamous King Sombra from the My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic season 3 premiere. He was actually my favorite villain on the show until Tirek came along and matched him. Most fans were disappointed with just about everything about him, from his appearance to his role, but I liked his intimidating aura, lack of stupid mistakes (hello, Chrysalis), terrifying voice, unsettling magic, pretty much everything. Even his lack of characterization and screentime only served to make him more mysterious.

There's "a little" mysterious and then "too" mysterious, which was Sombra's problem. He was essentially written out of his own plot.

The glimpses we had of him were very intriguing, but that was part of what made him so disappointing. What Might Have Been to the max.

@Miscellaneous Soup: While I'm mixed about the later seasons, I didn't mind those episodes much either (I though Saddlesore Gallactica crossed the line of weirdness to the point it was actually enjoyable).

Concerning MLP, I'm actually kinda disappointed Discord turned sides after only one appearance, he was about the one villain in the series that had charisma rather than just a generic Hate Sink (Trixie sorta crossed into charismatic due to being over the top (and having the heroes overmilk her unlikability), though that seemed to have led to her having a Heel–Face Turn as well).

Not yet. Admittedly I should see more of Season Four. Would it change my opinion?

Discord turns evil again. He's not the main villain, though.

And he makes a snap back to good by the end.

I'll try to watch the rest, but I'm really not counting on Discord becoming a likable character...

He's The Friend Nobody Likes to the mane 6, and Fluttershy is the only one keeping him from throwing the world into his own personal playground. Of course you won't like him.

[up][up][up] The mane six still hate Discord in every episode he appears in and do not trust him at all, so how good he ever was is up for debate. This time he may truly be redeemed, though.

I was never really bothered by "Your Ed Here" until I found out others hated it. I honestly thought it was hilarious (especially Eddy acting like a seal and kissing Edd).

Sombra had a lot of potential, but not much of it really got used. Everything we know about him has to be figured out from the traps he laid. That alone paints him as being pretty interesting, but it's utterly at odds with his actual appearance as a miasma that growls about crystals.

[up][up] That episode is what cemented my severe disdain for Kevin. I mean seriously, Eddy does all these humiliating tasks, and that is how Kevin repays him?

And also, why did Eddy feel the need to make fun of Double D's middle name? I know Eddy is supposed a jerkass, but still
