I have to duck occasionally.
I'm 6'. So I don't know if I count as "tall."
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseonce in a while, but not often. I'm around 5'11" and 19, so I'm holding out hope I'll hit the 6' mark. Some of my family grew a few inches around 21-22 so it's possible.

I'm baaaaaaack6'4, and have to duck quite consistently - but I'm used to it.
"Did you expect somebody else?"6' 3", but I usually hang around in places that have fairly high ceilings.
"We'll take the next chance, and the next, until we win, or the chances are spent."There is this stupid tree I have to duck under on my way to the bus.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseI mainly have to be careful getting in and out of the car. I caught my ear a pretty solid crack on the car door the other day.
Hurt. Like. HELL.

"We'll take the next chance, and the next, until we win, or the chances are spent."I am one of the short people, but my BF and my brother (who are two different people, before you ask.) are tall,
and bump heads on:
Signage (I'm sure H&S should say signs should be 7' or higher),
doors,
the ceiling of a bus,
and small room ceilings.
Also getting in and out of cars can be tricky.

Keeper of The Celestial FlameDamn, I'm jealous of you people. I mean, I'm 6', not short unless I'm in countries like Netherlands, but I do wish I was taller.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.6' is fairly tall, actually. Most men are several inches shorter than that.
Addendum: I remeasured myself the other day and I'm actually 6' 2", not 6' 3". Alas.
"We'll take the next chance, and the next, until we win, or the chances are spent."I'm just under 5'10", which is pretty tall for an American gal. Got nothing on my little brother though, who is 6'7" at age 17.
Blog linkYeah, my sister is 5' 10" too.

I'm 6'3".

Not thaaaat tall compared to some of you guys, but I think it's pretty tall.
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018I'm 5'11" without shoes. I feel like this is average height, but the statistics don't bear that out. I guess I'm more within a standard deviation than an outlier though.
Fresh-eyed movie blogI felt like below average height in high school, but that's because most of my male classmates were really tall.
I think the average for my school was 6'1'' for guys.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseI am slightly over 2 meters tall and have to duck through almost every doorframe. Also dat awkward moment when you are mistaken for your (18 months younger) sisters father ...IN MIDDLESCHOOL.

I tried measuring myself just now. I'm somewhere near 185 centimeters.
2 meters is Masterchief's height.
H.B. WardI'm 6', which isn't freakishly tall, but most of the people I know are shorter than me, so I'd say I'm probably above average. That or I just gravitate toward hanging out with short people.
I'm 5'8" which isn't that tall, but is pretty tall for a female.
I got my growth spurt freakishly early which led to a few problem years and a lot of bending my knees so I looked closer to everyone else's height instead of a full six to eight inches taller than them.
The problem I ran into was that you're allowed to complain about being short, but the second you complain about being tall everyone shouts at you, "But you're so lucky! I wish I was tall like you!"
And not to mention as a child, I felt personally victimized by the Shorter Means Smarter trope, which I was extremely aware of and made very insecure by. It didn't help that the really tall characters were always the dumb bullies

this so much, I always had to endure shit in school because if I ever fought back everyone just said I started, because I was like 1,70 in middleschool and teachers ate that up.

“You can’t be an important and life-changing presence for some people without also being a joke and embarrassment to others.” -Mark Manson.
Because there's already one for those short people that can be so hard to see sometimes.
So for all the tropers that can reach the highest and farthest corners of the room, consider this the place.
Admittedly I clock in at just 6'1"
But I absolutely love how much easy jumping stuff has become.
So if you find yourself kinda tall, welcome
EDIT: And I cannot believe how sloppy I made the thread title
