I remember having this picture book depicting a muscular guy easily carrying several weights, while his lesser-built co-workers were having difficulty lifting up a single weight. It would be a good illustration but I don't think I still have the book...

I'd honestly prefer to have a comparison between a muscular and non-muscular character, but the appropriate image is difficult to find

The Spidey vs. Venom suggestions work. Can't say I like that caption though. It sounds too much like a description for Muscles Are Meaningless
I love 16.1. Spidey's Oh, Crap! look at Venom really sells it for me.
