Poor Image (runoff crowner 2/1/14): Flag Bikini

The subject of the image is fine so a simple qualswap would work but since I don't see a better one.... perhaps other suggestions?

Also there's nothing restricting this to only American flags.◊

This is going to be a tough one ... I can't stand images of semi-nude women at all.

That said, my personal objections aside, I approve of 1.1 the most, since it seems the least "bikini and also a flag" to me.

As far as things from actual works go, I like the Katy Keene example on the trope page; it's much more tame than most of the other suggestions, has a clever theme, and can actually be potholed to something.

Well sure if someone wants to draw up that crowner but it shouldn't include the options which for some reason happen to not be bikinis, feel the "bi" part of "bikini" is important when talking about them (I know the bi part doesn't mean two but bikini is defined as a two piece clothing garment).

The trope is about flag swimwear, not just bikinis...the title's too narrow.

The trope description specifies that it doesn't have to be a literal bikini.

I blame the title and that narrow description then, its not exactly clear on it meaning any and all swimwear with a flag on it.
