Adding a gameplay screenshot would make it much better. Cover on the left with the caption "What you see..."; screenshot on the right, captioned "...and what you get."
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.It says "the hyperspeed shootout in space".
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I think it's clear enough. With a name like "Phalanx" and the little blurb about it being a space shooter, it's pretty clear it's not about banjo playing hicks.
Yes, a screenshot would be clearer, but it would be so ugly aesthetically. The current is clean and simple and no one's going to look at it and think "but what if there IS a banjo-playing guy in this space shooter?"

Keep Until Better Image Suggested, really.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanDoes anyone have that picture of the Little Shop of Horrors cover with Jack Nicholson from the Shining? That's about as big of a lying cover as it gets.
I can't imagine it'd be better than the current.
Moon◊I think the current is pretty self-explanatory, though adding a screenshot from the game wouldn't hurt.
Reaction Image RepositoryIt would, IMO.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. The Little Shop Of Horrors cover was considered in the IP thread which picked the old codger and decided against because it required familiarity with not just one but two works to know why it was lying — classic JAFAAC.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.I'd like to get that cover of Superman burning money with his heat vision while Jimmy Olsen (I think) begs him to help the poor with it, and match it with the final page of the actual story where he's calmly burning the (counterfeit) money with nobody protesting. I think the dialogue bubbles at the end even say that it's counterfeit.
Absent-minded professor and Neverwinter Nights DMEh, that's so blatantly Superdickery I'd rather not spread it out, you know?

Alright, so I've got nothing against the cover, but this image is clearly missing a gameplay screenshot that exposes the cover's lie. So, can anyone find a screenshot from the game, like this.◊
