This was said before, but there is a problem with all the pics illustrating non-consensual scenarios, such as Creature from the Black Lagoon and Invasion of the Saucer Men. The trope name illustrates these B-Movie abduction scenarios, while the trope is really about Interspecies Romance In Space.
A Discredited Trope in the "They're invading, and they want our women!" sense, but not in the more general "non-humanoid character attracted to a girl" sense. Very rarely, the species either culturally values the idea of human slave concubines, or is so sterile that this is the only means they have of avoiding extinction.
Those are still part of the trope, though. Or are you basically saying it should be split to its own trope?
Check out my fanfiction! No, they are saying that pics that illustrate the trope name when the trope is broader cause disuse for items that are covered by the trope but not its name.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI've added a couple of new options to the crowner since it's obvious that we've got problems with the trope's meaning that need to be ironed out before we can meaningfully discuss a pic for it.

I get the feeling that this is an instance where a trope name doesn't fit the trope. In these cases, the best solution in my mind is to ignore the name altogether.
