• Name: Wes Winchester
• Age: 15
• Duel Spirit: None
• Appearance: Wes has swapped the red blazer for red flannel, and overall dresses like a common working man—jeans, boots, flannel, T-shirt. He's short and skinny, but carries himself with a relaxed demeanor. His features are rounded and soft, contrasting how bony the rest of him is.
• Duel Disk: Customized to also store a small notepad and pencil to keep track of monster effects and card dependencies, as well as a larger, more accessible graveyard slot.
• Goals: Wes wants to just figure out how to play the damn game well.
• Origin: Northern Wisconsin
• Personality: Wes is not good at Duel Monsters. He speaks with a stutter, and has absolutely no confidence in his ability to play. He has a shaky grasp on the rules, and in a world of ham and ego he exists as a singularity of questioning uncertainty. He compulsively writes down rules of cards as they get deployed and has a shitty sense of timing. However, he tries hard, and he really wants to learn, because high-level Duel Monsters play is so cool! While he's uncertain, he is by no means unstable. Wes's greatest talent is his ability to step back, take a few deep breaths, and realize that it's just a game.

•Name: Alexander “Alex” Spencer

•Age: 17

•Duel Spirit: Gem-Knight Master Diamond. Alexander is also highly sensitive to duel spirits and can see and speak with the other Gem-Knights and any other duel spirits.

•Duel Disk: Academy-issued

•Goals: Alexander wishes to become a good enough dualist to be a pro or at least a teacher. Alexander’s other goals are to learn more about duel spirits and his connections to them. Alexander’s other ambition is to open up his own business.

•Origin: Alexander came from a middle class family in a small town in America. Alexander was distant and sheltered from the other kids he grew up with and did not fit in well. Alexander’s family in an attempt to give him a chance to get out more and interact with the people around him decided to get him interested in an hobby which so happened to be dual monsters. Alexander was hesitant at first but quickly started to enjoy the game.

Alexander quickly started playing with a group of kids his own age and eventually family bought him his own deck. Alexander however noticed something strange when he acquired his own deck though he quickly brushed his worries aside in the joy of finally having a complete deck of his own. Alexander though skeptical at first eventually discovered his affinity for duel spirits. As the years passed Alexander eventually learned more about the game and his parents eventually allowed him to attend dual academy.

• Personality: Alexander has a sugar and ice personality. Due to his difficulty with social interaction and sheltered upbringing Alex tends to act aloof and stoic on the surface but deep down he is a nice, caring person, with powerful emotions. Alexander is different from other people and is deeply plagued by self doubt in everything he does but despite that or maybe because of that he is an immensely intelligent person who follows a personal code of conduct and can always be trusted to do the right thing in the end.

I am sorry about my post earlier. This is my first time using the tv tropes forum's and so I am still learning how to post correctly.

If there are any other changes I need to make to my profile do not be afraid to tell me.

Yu-Gi-Oh has always been one of my favorite franchises and I am really looking forward to participating despite my lack of experience with rpg's and using the tv tropes forum's.

Sorry, but right now I'm pressed for juggling the characters to keep things moving, and I don't think I can handle another character right now. However if there is a spot open in the future, there are some things that might make me hesitant about letting you in, foremost among them being how your writing is repetitive; every sentence has the same structure and it's tiring and awkward to read; "Alexander did x... Alexander was y... Alexander thought q...". There are also a few spelling and grammar mistakes in your post that I'd suggest you work on; while I'm generally pretty lenient, it's important to name cards correctly.
