Alternatively, rename this trope to Double Standard Slurs. Because "person says the N-word" isn't a trope.

Hop on over to this page and add them. Also misused in that this trope is used when the writer means Offending the Creator's Own, a YMMV trope. For example, Mel Brooks making a comedy with Adolf Hitler and offending Jews is Offending the Creator's Own, not N-Word Privileges.

Considering that at least much of the misuse is just about saying nigger, I think a rename might help.
On the other hand, N-Word Privileges is a term I've seen used outside TV Tropes with the same meaning as the trope.
Check out my fanfiction! There's a similar problem with Country Matters. It lists every instance of people saying "cunt." Except there, it's not misuse - the trope has no other definition.
I think Country Matters is about how the word is never used unless things get serious. Like Precision F-Strike. Precision F-Strike is another trope that gets abuse for every time the F word gets used, as admitted by Square Peg Round Trope.

In that case, it has massive, massive misuse. And a bad laconic, description and name.
This has 580 wicks, so cleaning out those who lack an indicator of a double standard (not Double Standard; that is something quite different really).
Country Matters as-is is just the same thing as Mother F-Bomb was - a trope about the insult and nothing else.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanTechnically N-Word Privileges is about the timing, justification and providence for being able to use certain words, hence the idea that black people using the n-word can do so and seem casual while a white person who uses the word is racist. Thus it extends beyond one word but the truth is the n-word is the one brought up most often in media.
In that case, Double Standard Slurs sounds more appropriate.
Plus the massage cleanup of the wicks that use the trope just for n-word.

Also, from what I've seen Precision F-Strike is a bit of a misleading title as well, because it's not limited to F-Bombs.
^ Neither is Atomic F-Bomb or Cluster F-Bomb limited to just that specific obscenity, without a lot of misuse that I know of.

All your safe space are belong to TrumpClock's up...not seeing enough discussion/consensus to keep it going. Locking up.
It seems that many of the examples outside of the meaning. The original would be a Double Standard with slurs, but made into times the n word had been or not been used. Perhaps another trope, "N Word Taboo", could be used for other wicks.
