Bop gently. There was no note to not change it in the code, and the change wasn't arbitrary. there was sound reasoning; a girl sitting against a wall with bare feet isn't a very good illustration, and I had no idea that one of Shakira's "trademarks" was bare feet. I wouldn't have even known that was Shakira without the caption.

Changed from a pic of Shakira to a pic of Antimony Carver without consulting anyone.
That said, I think I actually like the change... I suppose bopping the offender over the head with a PM asking them to go through IPD would be sufficient here, but I just wanted to have a thread to confirm.
