His joke at the rally was funny. You could practically gage a fan's hatred of Flash whether or not they laughed at that or not.

The Flash hate is far more annoying than the character could ever be. It's been three movies, the butthurt's gotten old, and annoying.

Agreed. But people are likely still stubbornly pissed about him being a "waifu thief" or "the worst character in the series".

Bit of a tangent here - is it weird that I think this would be a good theme song for the next movie?

Reminds me that the last couple of days have made me wish I'd followed Gotham more closely. I've likely skipped what will be the best part of the whole run.

This was the kind of EQG merch I was waiting. I can't wait to get them.

That's definitely the best looking official EQG merch.

I'll only be tempted to get one if they have a Human/Sci Twi solo. But I hope they do decent because they do actually look cute instead of whatever they did with the regular EQG dolls.

Of course I want a Sunset, but I kinda want the Dazzlings too. Anybody who doesn't want a Sonata chibi is probably a commie.

Given that these are more for play than collecting, I'm pretty sure they will all be available individually in some manner. At worst, certain figures might be store exclusives.

There a couple of listings on Entertainment Earth. The first one seems to be a sleepover set with Fluttershy and Twilight, but the second one boasts "cool colts" yet apparently contains two Rarity's and an Applejack figure. There's also a "subject to change" tacked onto the end.

Either we're getting guy characters sooner than expected, or somebody at Entertainment Earth has no idea what a colt is.

Wonder if a Midnight Sparkle would be possible. Now you too can play with your very own fun-sized destroyer of reality, driven by despair and peer pressure!

Really wish they kept Sunset's homesickness and Twilight now being chummy with the Shadowbolts.

I don't know, it's pretty weird that the only reason given for Sunset wanting to return to Equestria is because of the magic system. Plus, you know, there's absolutely nothing stopping her from visiting.

So the plan was never to bus Sunset. Good to know, but I have to wonder why they cut the entirety of that subplot when the only thing in practice that they changed was human!Twilight attending CHS.

I'm curious to see if Audio Commentary will again reveal how much time has passed between movies. For timeline making purposes.

Also, has the name of the city in which in which the movies take place been stated?

I don't ever remember hearing a name for the city mentioned. Maybe it's also called Canterlot? So far as I know, it's common to name public high schools after the city they're in, at least in the US.

Another question would be to ask what country and even planet that city is in, too. Those haven't been mentioned yet either.

Come to think of it, I don't think the name of the planet that MLP:FIM takes place in has been mentioned, too. Has Equestria been confirmed as a country in-universe?
