I don't know what to think, but my gut says it's a work.
It looks like a meme page, to be honest.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIt's a memetic character. A magical being who speaks to his worshippers through captcha text (as an explanation for why every once in a while they make sense as a message).
We don't need a page on it.
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableI think it's pretty funny and should stay, but it DOES need clarification
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.As far as memes goes, it's relatively funny.
Perhaps clarify the page a bit? Not sure I see what needs to be done otherwise.
Check out my fanfiction! The question was also about the namespace.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanSounds like some kind of Web Original to me. I'm not really sure what's best, though.

Check out my fanfiction!Sounds like it's both work and "character", like Zalgo. But as to "we don't need a page on it"; is there a good reason to cut an existing page?
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Summary of discussion so far:
Page type: Work.
Media type: Web Original.
Needs to be cut?: That seems to be the question. Do we want work pages for memes? We've named tropes after them, and I know of another work page for a meme, LOL Cats. I say leave it.

Should LOL Cats be similarly be moved?
And I think it's a work based on a character. It's not so much about the character itself as the happenings about him.
- It's a real thing.
- It has tropes.
- It's funny.

Check out my fanfiction!I'm good to leave it.
Should be okay to keep. I mean, we have pages like The Ugly Barnacle.
There's still the question of what its namespace should be, given that Web Original is being phased out.
Arha, the difference between this and The Ugly Barnacle is that the latter isn't a meme.
About this: What sort of medium is this? And to understand what I am asking for, "internet" is not a medium for the purpose of this question - "video", "image" are.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanPretty sure this one is undisputably Images.
Perhaps a new namespace entirely (e.g. Meme).
Septimus: Meme, in joke, just for fun pages, whatever. I don't see a meaningful distinction. None of these pages really have any particular worth, but they're fun to read and don't appear to cause any damage.
With only 16 wicks, I agree with the "harmless" sentiment.
The only question to answer so far is the namespace one.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanWhy is Web Original being phased out? I thought the point of that section was to provide space for multimedia works online that don't fit neatly into other categories (i.e. hypertext fiction, gif stories, &c).
(I vote 'Meme'.)
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableMeme is fine.
We aren't doing a meme namespace. Shove it under Web Original. As I said, we never should have excised it completely.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerI am fine with moving to Web Original or Just for Fun, at least until we decide on namespaces for such things. Especially since there aren't many wicks for this.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman+1 to move it to Web Original
As discussed here forward in the Namespace Thread in Wiki Talk, Inglip is a bit unclear on what it's supposed to be. A work? A character?
This is the first thread since the cap was dropped, so hopefully it will be an open-and-shut case.
