Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE

Well, if this game does well, they might very well have sequels that focus on the other games' characters as Mirages.

In all honestly, I would definitely have a laugh if an Arvis mirage does take cues from Mara. He would definitely need to be riding a chariot, especially if the chariot is on fire.

So it would be a dick on a flaming Chariot?

That would be quite the image.

As for the other series, I guess Roy won't be our boy for Crossovers, and we don't like Ike enough to bring him or his buddies into this. Sucks to be them, but what can you do when only Archenea and Awakening matter to anyone in Japan?

You know what would probably get a whole bunch of people pissed off? If this game turns out to be good enough to warrant a sequel...and that sequel only has Mirages from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones.

As someone who loves Sacred Stones that would be hilarious.

I'm hoping at least we get Mirages for all the Lords, maybe as DLC.

Eh, SS has been Vindicated by History at this point. The FE fanbase is mostly neutral-to-positive on it nowadays.

I love Sacred Stones as well. It was one of my first Fire Emblem games. I'm just trying to imagine the reactions of the more vocal haters...

I love The Sacred Stones. It's easily my second favorite FE game (second to New Mystery of the Emblem).

As for the reaction of the more vocal haters, it'd be no different than the reaction of the Awakening or Archanea haters.

So a screenshot with Tharja and Kiria's status screen recently confirmed Barry is playable.

Any idea what his Mirage will be?

They said mostly Archanea and Awakening characters. There might be a few characters from the other games.

......That's all I know about him beyond that meme and the fact that he's universally (at least in North America) the worst lord.

So, with Fire Emblem: Fates releasing in the US sometime early next year, and SMT 4 Final probably releasing not too long afterwards, I wonder if we'll get another deal with them like we got with Awakening and 4.

Who knows.

We'll have to wait and see I suppose.

Getting enough free eShop credit to clean out the DLC for one of the games was really nifty.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but so far, the only named enemy Mirages we've seen so far are Gangrel and Aversa, yes?

I really like the designs for them, and I really hope that we get a Gharnef Mirage somewhere...and I hope he's as pettily evil as he is in the main game.

Speaking of enemy Mirages, you know what would be the most hilarious thing? If the Bonus Boss turns out to be Heimler.

All Mirages start off hostile from what we've seen. Chrom even tried to drain Tsubasa and Itsuki of their Performa when he first appeared before Itsuki did something that changed him.

Two new character trailers: Mamori Miyamoto, whose Mirage is Draug the Knight from FE 1, making her a Glacier Waif, and Barry Goldman, who seems to be the Comic Relief.

He's in everything man HXH, Death Note, and now this,

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised really.

Also, it looks like Tiki might be involved in a few attacks, or at least sings a few songs with Mamori.

And here I thought we would't see any game go over the One loli limit.

As neat as Tiki joining in more directly than previously thought, I gotta wonder how they'll convey Barry's broken Japanese in the English versions.

Since I doubt there are going to be English voice actors for this game, just have Barry's dialogue sprinkle in some Japanese words sometimes.

Why wouldn't there be english voice actors?

Yeah. I mean, both Atlus and Intelligent Systems get english dubs for their games.

Capcom is a lot lazier, but this ain't Capcom.

After they got Laura Bailey to sing the first verse of True Story for Persona 4 Golden, I doubt songs will be the reason, especially between Atlus USA's pedigree and NoA's big shift towards quality localization, I'm not worried.
