The "fan mail" episode of The Ren And Stimpy Show. Okay, the ending brought it back to being sweet, but damn, in the meantime...!
- Family Guy — "Screams of Silence: The Story of Brenda Q.": Even for a sociopathic show like this, they handled domestic violence a little too well.
- Spongebob Squarepants — "One Coarse Meal" and "Demolition Doofus": Seriously? Suicide and attempted murder in (what is marketed as) a kids show?
- The Simpsons: Just to name a few..."The Boys of Bummer", "Kamp Krusty", "The Telltale Head" "Cape Feare" and "Homer's Enemy" (the last two I like).
"This time, we didn't forget the gravy."
Anyone recognize that one?
- The Wild Thornberrys - "Naimina Enkiyio": Creeped the Hell out of me as a child.

Invader Zim—"Dark Harvest". Even for someone who enjoys black comedy, I couldn't watch this episode more than twice. The first time was obvious, since it was the first time. The second time was because of Bile Fascination. After that I was done.
- Family Guy - Seahorse Seashell Party, Screams of Silence: The Story of Brenda Q, The Hand That Rocks The Wheelchair. The settings were creepy. I hate seeing Meg go Ax-Crazy over some guys. Seeing Jeff beat Brenda always gave me nightmares.
- Ed Edd N Eddys Big Picture Show - Well, not everything was dark but here were a few scary parts.
- The pranks at the Gag Factory.
- Eddy's Brother. I had nightmares after seeing what he did to Eddy.
- Courage The Cowardly Dog - The episode "The Mask."

^ I think pretty much all of Courage the Cowardly dog, save for the squid episode, was creepy. Then you can add pretty much any episode from any other show.
Although I hear the Mask one really takes the cake.
I would also like to add The Powerpuff Girls episode "Tough Love". "Speed Demon" was creepy, but HOLY SHIT!
I'd say the creepiest American Dad is "Love, AD Style", especially Roger grafting Jeff's skin onto his own.
For South Park, I would say "An Elephant Makes Love to a Pig", "Butterballs" and The Movie.
