How many Rare Candies?
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! So there I was, grinding my levels, when all of a sudden, "your favorite friend [korean name] has appeared!" scrolls across my bottom screen.
Not recognizing the name at all for obvious reasons, once out of battle I go and check the PSS screen. There's nobody with a korean name in my friends. There's nobody with a korean name in my acquaintances.
THEN WHO WAS KOREAN FRIEDN?
It happened again. Send help, I'm scared.

Check your Favorites list?
If not, clearly a Korean Ben has infested your game cartridge and you must devour it to destroy it and gain its powers.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! The favorites list is probably it, but it's funnier if I ignore that.
Oh, and for bonus points, I was on spoopyroute (the one between Laverre and Lumiose).

Trying to evolve Sliggoo? Can't find rain to save my life. Trying to ev train on hordes? Nothing but rain.
You fell victim to one of the classic blunders! That happened to my everytime I tried to find a Frisk Yanma, hut at least I got a Shiny one out of it.
Got my second shiny from Wonder Trade today! Jolteon, this time. Passes my "it has bad stats, so probably it's legit" rule of thumb; might be more important this time if I decide to use him as a bargaining chip if I ever go for Pokedex completion.
I've been looking into appropriate Blissey use. It looks like Calm is the preferred nature, but all the sets I've seen also include Defense EV-training rather than just Min-Maxing to put everything in HP and Special Defense. Is that because defense is otherwise so small that even scratch damage attacks normally used for secondary effects can take it out?

Text I feel is necessary to append to every post.Don't get the appeal of shinies.
You fell victim to one of the classic blunders!Rare = good
Blue Yanmas look more adorable than the regular one.

Shiny Klefki is golden. Looks pimpin'.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls! My Stunfisk farm is finally ready! If you ever need standard defensive, Choice Specs, Curse, or Hidden Power Ice Stunfisk (meaning defensive or CS with HP Ice), I'm your guy.
Text I feel is necessary to append to every post.Shiny Noctowl is also golden.
Shiny Pachirisu has a pink stripe, and it looks adorably cute.
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Shiny Greninja is one of the coolest shinies ever.

They are like the ultimate rare and accomplishment. 1 out of 8192 rare. Having even 1 that was caught legitimately is a symbol of pride and accomplishment. Even if they are a bit more common through legal and slightly less legal means, they are still Very cool trophies to have.
Look at how pretty this dog is.
Look at how slightly less pretty the white ones are. Or imagine it. It's pretty easy to do since 8191 Furfrou out of 8192 can't be that pretty.
Today's unusual wondertrade yields include a Torchic named DIANCY, a Charmander named DON RAMON 2, and an Ivysaur named TAEBUTT. Yes, all caps, all of them.
That's one nice piece of grass.
So I was wondering guys if anyone from a non-English region has a five IV field Pokemon around.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing. What a coincidence. I was wondering if anyone from a non-English region had a 5IV Hawlucha lying around.
Mine needs to be male to qualify.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing. What would be a good moveset for an umbreon? the eevee has six Ivs and has four non-combat egg moves, wish, curse, detect, and....i forget the last one it has. anyway. ideas?
Got a degree in Emotional trauma via fictional characters aka creative writing. hosting S'mores party in Hell for fellow (evil) writersI have a 5iv JPN Growlithe you can borrow.

I think I've found the perfect strategy for getting Evo Stones. Get a Chansey, teach it Ice Beam and Thunderbolt (and possibly another coverage move, depending on your team), and level her up to about 70 or so. Then equip with an Eviolite, and take her and a bunch of other high-levellers to battle Inver on Route 18.
In these battles, you are evaluated based on how many super-effective hits you make, not on how quickly you win. Therefore, it's better to hit with three or four weak super-effective attacks than to try and OHKO everything. You lose points every time you use a not very effective move or take a super-effective attack. Because Chansey has high defenses and low Sp. Attack, she can sit there sponging neutral hits while racking up points with weak attacks.
If you pull off 7-9 super effective hits with none of your Pokemon fainting, you will get 3 evolution stones at the end. More than that, and you get Rare Candies instead.
