Shade realizes if the battle drags on any longer, Lance wont't be able to continue the battle. He looks at Lance in worry, wondering if he should do it. Lance looks back feeling the vibes being given off from his beloved friend and trainer. He nods, ( Its now or never my friend.) Shade understands the hidden message, and yells "Lance use Wood Hammer!"

Huh. To be honest, I had kinda forgotten I tried to sign up here before.

But seeing as I can do so now, let's not waste anymore time.

First Trainer Name- Landon Everrande.

Age- 16

Appearance- A 5 feet 10 boy with short white hair, a green headband and green eyes. He's a loner, although he sometimes travels with his twin brother, and it's hard to form a connection with him if you're not a Pokémon. However, it's not impossible, and he's incredibly loyal to anyone who manages to befriend him. He wears a green vest, gray pants and climbing shoes he uses to get in trees easily, where he prefers to be if he's not just walking around. He doesn't like to stay in cities for too long.

Occupation/ Organization- Independant, traveling the land on his own or with his brother because he prefers it that way.

Region of Origin- Unova, Lacunosa Town.

Ethnicity- Ambigious

History- After an accident in Lacunosa regarding a certain ice dragon in his childhood, his family moved to Hoenn. However, a year later, Landon was seperated from them due to their house burning down. He met Haunter, and they formed a team, surviving on their own. He began to travel, catching some more Pokémon on the way and eventually meeting up with his family again. He rarely challenges others, but if someone challenges him, he'll likely accept.

Starter Pokémon:

Species- Haunter

Nickname- None

Gender- Male

Ability- Levitate

Personality- Serious. Haunter is the brains of the group, and Landon's first Pokémon after meeting him when he was alone. Their relationship is strange. Haunter considers himself a wild Pokémon helping Landon out on his quest, which the latter doesn't like to talk about, and in return, Haunter gets to spend time with a trainer. He does have a Poké Ball though, but he rarely enters it. He acts like a parental figure to Sneasel and Aerodactyl, both very young Pokémon. With his Psychic, he can speak to humans. Species- Sneasel

Nickname- Celcius

Gender- Male

Ability- Pickpocket

Personality- Hardy. The youngest of the team after being hatched from an egg, He's just like Landon. When in battle, he is determined, even if he's the most fragile on the team due to his extreme Fighting weakness. But that doesn't stop him from trying to prove himself to his 'daddy'. He gets into trouble sometimes due to having a habit of challenging stronger opponents.

Species- Aerodactyl (Shiny)

Nickname- Aeryl

Gender- Male

Ability- Rock Head

Personality- Docile. The second youngest, revived from an Old Amber. He's unlike the stereotype Aerodactyl, loving his human trainer and being generally nice to everyone... except those trying to harm his trainer. Then, he can get as worse as any other Aerodactyl. He's the default flyer, as he's strong enough to carry both Landon and his brother, and goes at amazing speed when high up in the air. Capable of Mega Evolution. (If that's allowed)

Species- Pikachu

Nickname- Bolt

Gender- Female

Ability- Static

Personality- Naughty. A Pokémon who likes to tease opponents, and was the first real 'catch' Landon made. Turning out to be a breeding reject, Landon kept her as he felt sorry for her. She's the most unique in the team due to relying on confusing tactics to win fights, usually with Attract. She's nice though, and sometimes plays games with Sneasel.

Egg Move: Volt Tackle

Second Trainer Name- Norm Everrande.

Age- 16

Appearance- A 5 feet 12 boy with medium long red hair and red eyes. Unlike his brother, he's easy to befriend, although this sometimes makes him more naive. He wears a brown vest, red pants and walking shoes, preferring to travel over land than climbing in trees. Unlike his brother, he likes being in cities, but out of respect for Landon, he never stays too long in one when they travel together.

Occupation/ Organization- Independant, traveling the land with his brother.

Region of Origin- Unova, Lacunosa Town.

Ethnicity- Ambigious

Species- Arcanine

Nickname- Amber

Gender- Female

Ability- Flash Fire

Personality- Brave. The family's former pet, she became Norm's starter and proved to be quite powerful. She's fast and agile, while capable of dealing hard hits on her opponents. Due to her being a pet once, she's easilly calmed down by either Landon or Norm when she gets mad. She prefers close combat instead of long range combat due to feeling mroe powerful when fighting up close.

Other Pokémon

Species- Salamence

Nickname- Mencer

Gender- Male

Ability- Moxie

Personality- Jolly. A happy Pokémon, but easily tempted into battle. Easily Norm's strongest Pokémon due to being a gift from his grandfather, a professional breeder. He can't sustain too many hits though. He seems to have a one sided rivalry with Aeryl.

Egg Move: Dragon Dance.

Species- Golem (Shiny)

Nickname- Nugget

Gender- Female

Ability- Sturdy

Personality- Careful. A recent catch at Johto's Victory Road. Her personality isn't known yet, but she tends to fight from afar, not liking recklessness.

If it's ok to make Haunter have speech, of course. His psychic powers would be the reason. If he isn't allowed to talk out loud, he'll just stay silent and talk to Landon with telepathy instead, which won't be seen in the posts itself.

Pokemon are allowed to talk, but it'll be mostly Monese.

Ok then. Then Haunter will most likely talk to the brothers only, and to other people rarely or never, depending on his trust in them.

Have to go to sleep now though, so I might not answer for a few hours.

Actually, Psychic-based telepathic communications can be understood by humans. Most Pokémon, though, do indeed speak only Monese, though there are IRP ways of giving humans the ability to understand it.

Yay, first response!

First, any Pokemon of a species that can Mega Evolve can do so. However, you have to earn the Key Stone and proper Mega Stone in-RP first, and that usually only happens when you get more acclimated.

Second RE: Monese rules: Pokemon can speak monese in brackets like so:

Grif the Scrafty: <Sup, newbie?>

They can understand each other and humans just fine, and most of the RP's major human characters can understand them too, so it's highly reccomended you let them get a word in edgewise when appropriate. However, your human characters probably can't understand anything but Haunter's telepathy at first- there's things they need to do in-RP to truly understand Monese.

Third, you're missing some things indicating you've read Every's Essay and the Tone Essay, so go back and read those.

Fourth is noting it's rare for people to start out with more than one PC, but it's also not a problem at all.

Could you go into more detail with what happened with Kyurem?

And this is kind of nitpicky, but is there something behind Landon meeting Haunter, since you don't normally find them in Hoenn?

Corvus Atrox: Oh, whoops! Heheh...made the mistake of forgetting to check the first masterpost thing before i caught up on the posts since my last one, but awesome! It may be awhile before i can put it into action but ill get my sheet sorted out and if someones willing to look it over and help me tweak it, i'd be much obliged.
