Avatar The Last Airbender actually did get a Japanese dub. From what I hear, it actually bombed there, mainly due to the Japanese seeing Unfortunate Implications with the Fire Nation's culture being largely derived from their own.

Perhaps an anime version of Josie And The Pussy Cats, because they already fit many stock anime character types. In fact, Iwao Takamoto is responsible for their cartoon character designs. Have all the girls crush on hunky Alan, giving him an Unwanted Harem. Melody's ditziness and jiggliness just beg for Fanservice. Let Melody get accidently naked, and watch Alex Cabot III nosebleed enough to fill a swimming pool.
Definitely, I'd watch that.

I thought it was more because only a handful of people in Japan get the station Nickelodeon and the dub was pretty bad...of course that shouldn't have stopped people from watching it streamed on the internet if that were the case.
I think that the Beetlejuice cartoon has all the makings to be a good anime.
Hopefully Regular Show gets dubbed in Japanese someday. Maybe we'll hear Akira Ishida as Mordecai?!
