I am not sure how many of you watched this, but my God, if this isn't hilarious:

Hmm. Well that is kinda fun. I don't think the butt swishing will catch on though.

The butt swishing move is copied from/homage to the dance of another popular Korean song from a couple years back, "Abracadabra" by the Brown Eyed Girls. The lead girl (the one Psy throws his coat at) is part of Brown Eyed Girls.

It's a good song, YMMV on whether it was good or bad that he referenced their dance.

It is a good song and it still has PSY's trademark quirkiness (and awesome dancing ), but I don't think it'll go viral. Gangnam Style ended up being so popular because everyone was just like "WTF?", but now that everyone expects this kind of thing from PSY, I don't see it catching on quite as well as Gangnam Style.

It's not as weird, but it is quite funny. I'm almost tempted to try the treadmill prank now.

While it may not go uber-viral (and it is too soon to tell), nearly 100 million views in less than three days kind of tells us PSY is not going to be a One-Hit Wonder. He's here to stay, folks.

...well, I wonder if he'll be on the upper part of the charts now. With the way they've been stacked, adding Youtube videos to the mix, but I think Harlem Shake was only on so long because EVERYONE was paroding it. This...has anyone seen a parady yet?

It's only been three days. Give it some time.

I wish the video did a little more to distinguish itself from Gangnam Style. (The song itself is a little more distinct, from looking at the English lyrics.)

Psy is coming back next week with "Hangover", featuring Snoop Dogg.

This seems like a giant middle finger to his home country for censoring the broadcast (by hitting it with their musical equivalent of the X rating) of his earlier song "Right Now" for alcoholic references. They gave up on that after Gangnam went global, but the damage was done and that song is one of his least known ones.

He's far too famous for them to get away with that now.
