Not that I can think of. There are a few yuri mangaka who are openly lesbian (Takemiya Jin, Morishima Akiko) and some others⦠well, we can probably assume.

I've always been a sucker for series that treat issues like this seriously rather than use them for laughs or titillation. It's the primary reason I read Wandering Son.
Read that, too.

Bokura no Hentai is good as well.
I'm sure many people would find it sinful just to read about this stuff.

Heh, "hints" my ass, the author actually says it outright in the end-of-chapter notes for the last chapter. I think she should've put it in a foreward before the story proper, though.
EDIT: Minor clarification in the note.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. That is awkward...

Where there's life, there's hope.All of it.
Where there's life, there's hope.Well, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised, and yet I am.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Life is full of surprises.
Where there's life, there's hope.Couldn't you get in trouble with the law for this stuff, Marq?
This is getting rather off-topic. I'd rather not discuss it in this thread.
To toss in one I cam across along time ago: Nadenade Shikoshiko.
Totoki is shocked one day to find that Cherry, a girl from the bygone days of cavemen and dinosaurs, has somehow made her way to the present day and declares that she is the wife of Totoki, who somehow visited her era when he was a child.
Aside from the many obvious issues, Totoki has a very old-fashioned view of what he finds attractive in a girl, which prompts Cherry to decide she must learn to be a Yamato Nadeshiko.
A short, 4-koma style gag manga. Was a fun read.
OK, that premise is just downright hilarious.
Short answer: No. I'm more likely to get in trouble with my family than with the law, unless I decided for some reason to start actively selling/distributing the stuff to other people.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. And it is. Among other things Cherry interprets the whole "follow your man from three steps behind" thing as "I watch my man's back when we hunt prey."
Damn,Maou-Jou de Oyasumi's princess is evil.Like EVIL evil.
Secret SignatureThat poor Harpy, the princess just wanted her for her body. I remember reading and my first thought when the Harpy started talking to her was the princess is going to want a feather bed, isn't she?
I fully expect this series to end with the heroes rescuing the princess to find the Demon King's castle in ruins with the princess somewhere in the middle getting the best night's sleep she's ever had.

I'll second Nadenade Shikoshiko. It's been a while since it ended, but I completely forgot to bring it up here.
Love and Lies was brought up some time ago, so for one more Manga Box series...
Araidoki follows an Azuki Arai avoiding being killed by the new transfer student... an angel who wants to kill all demons. He does this with his very limited cleaning powers (making the floor too slippery, etc.), and otherwise convincing her that she would be arrested for murder. Not the best, but funny at times.

Forgot the title of the series. Or is the title Araidoki?

I've added italics for clarity.

OK, I seriously need to increase my Dynasty Scans reading quota, because Jewels is just so cute and funny.
Summary: A single chapter depicting snapshots of the budding relationship between two childhood friends that ends with them getting married (come on, it's even tagged "Marriage" on the site; ain't no way you can't be expecting that). Oh, and they're both girls. A Tomboy and Girly Girl pair, in fact.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Uh, yeah. It's Dynasty Reader, heterosexual relationships are so rare that they need a tag for it.
Where there's life, there's hope.Same-sex marriage in Japan? What kind of parallel wordline is that?
Maou-Jou de Oyasumi is a story of a Princess Murderhobo who haunts the Demon King castle and torment it's inhabitants.
Apparently, it's not official; the two women just bought the appropiate rings and have already been cohabiting, and then one of the two's mother insists on a (probably unofficial) wedding ceremony when they finally decide to admit their relationship to their parents (at least one set of parents already knew their daughter was secretly dating her childhood friend).
They still have a tag for Yuri, though. And for all you know, it could've been another "pre-op male-to-female transsexual" story like Hanayome wa Motodanshi.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.
What's more interesting is that the author's notes and the fact that the main character shares the author's pen name seem to hint that the story is is either a dramatization of or inspired by the author's own life. If that's true, then it makes me wonder... Do we know any other mangaka who is openly transgendered?
