Reikon Sentai Go-Ender! Sign Up

The lord of the undead has begun his campaign of terror. With the help of his minions, the Shinigami, he begins to bring about destruction and death onto the planet. However, one team is capable of protecting the innocent, the heroes of the after life, Reikon Sentai Go-Ender!

A concept thought up by me and my partner in crime after a marathon of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, thinking up our own team and premise. I got his permission to do this out of blatant curiosity and a little fun of course!

The premise is simple. The Grim Reaper (Yomon in this story) has ultimately grown bored with their job and title of guide to the afterlife, and with no ability to pass this title and power onto anyone else, decides to take it upon himself to do the job all at once at one time. So, after locking away the other gods and judges, he goes on a campaign of destruction and death to speed up the process and finally get this monkey off his back. However, a young and budding god had seen this coming and hid away before he could be sealed. After this, he took it upon himself to make a team, a team to combat Yomon and his horde of Shinigami! Only the strongest and most pure souls could be used for this, so only a select five could be chosen, passed away from this world at one point. Can this god bring together a team worthy of saving the world, or will Yomon succeed in his extermination of human life as we know it?

Basically, you all get a chance to play 5 Rangers (With red being taken of course) with the other 4 colors of your choosing! The set up will look like this. (Five for now, Six once we reach the midway point)

• History: I'd like to know a reason your character was chosen out of the entire afterlife to be a Go-Ender.

• Name: Jizen
• Age: Unknown.
• Appearance: Slicked back black hair, a chubby but ultimately friendly face, wearing a white robe with a gold sash wrapped around it. He wears a hat with the sign for "CHIEF" on the front of it, holding a staff with gold rings wrapped around the base of the top.
• Personality: A kind and straight forward budding god for the afterlife. He is smart and diligent, but also extremely cowardly, afraid to fight in his own battles. As a result, he knew he could not best Yomon when he began his plans, so instead decided to bring in a few warriors to fight for him. Cowardly, yes, but he means well.
• Special Skills: While he is not strong enough to break the seals on the gods and judges, he is strong enough to keep Yomon from doing further damage on the afterlife. He is also very skilled at magic, though not offensively.
• History: As stated, he was one of the few to forsee Yomon's initial attack and was able to escape before the plan occured. He was too late to warn the others, but swore it upon himself, as a god to release them from their captivity before Yomon could wipe out all life! And make him do even MORE Paperwork!
• Additional Information: None.

• Name: Yomon
• Age: Endless
• Appearance: A frightening individual. Shockingly thin with molting black crows wings jutting from his shoudler blades, long black greasy hair hanging around his head like a curtain. Wears black, tattered robes around his form. Eyes are deep red, and always wields a curved scythe.
• Special Skills: He has the ability to call forth a demon of the undead (Shinigami) to do his dirty work for him> However, doing this tires him out, keeping him from making more or even doing anything himself.
• Personality: Once a mere angel doing his job, Yomon has been reduced to a psychopathic, sociopathic monster who sees his own side of the argument. Namely, he wants to eradicate all life on the planet because he wants to relax. However, it's this laziness than forces him to send out his minions, the Shinigami, to do his job for them. Other than being lazy, he's also a bit of a brat.
• History: Pretty self explanatory, given all the info.
• Additional Info: The base of his wings are a major weak spot. Also, he likes Dumplings, mentioning them as the only thing he'll miss when he finished his job.

Name: Siegfried Drustan

Age: He was 16 when he died. He has been dead for twenty five years.

Appearance: He wears jeans, a red t-shirt, and a expensive pink button down shirt left open. He wears a necklace with a pink heart with the name "Stephanie" engraved in it. The necklace and the pink shirt were gifts from his girlfriend the day before she died. He is 5'9, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Personality: He is kind, brave, and loyal but his defining characteristics is his determination and his passion. He is surprisingly smart and cunning, but his passionate nature usually makes him act without thinking.

Color: Pink

Weapon: A sword

Special Skills: His insanely high levels of determination and passion allows him to exceed his own capabilities.

History: When he was alive a Demonic Emperor named Karington attempted to conquer the planet. He attacked a museum to steal the "Crystal of Ar-Nook", when he and his girlfriend, Stephanie were there. His girlfriend died in the attack. Karington used the crystal by putting his entire demonic army into it, making it so that every time a human being touched it a demon took over his body with full command of their power. His plan was to use the crystal to bring his army to Earth. One day, Siegfried managed to get a hold of the crystal and absorbed the Karington's entire army into himself. He was able to keep control of his body through pure determination and used its power to kill Karington. He died half a minute later, taking the demonic army with him.

Hmm. This is pretty interesting. I might sign up, if I can come up with a character.

Edit: And here he is.

• Name: Bartholomew “Bart” Eldridge
• Age: 19 (Dead for around 150 years)
• Appearance: Tallish with blue eyes and blonde, scraggly hair. Still wearing his Union Blues, including his hat. His open coat reveals a dirty, white shirt underneath.
• Personality: Just this side of Knight Templar, Bart obeys any order given to him, regardless of how dangerous to his life it might be. He is patriotic to a fault and will stick by his comrades through thick and thin.
• Color: Blue
• Weapon: Henry Repeating Rifle with bayonet.
• Special Skills: Impeccable marksmanship which, during the American Civil War, was quite a feat.
• History: When the war broke out, Bart was at first reluctant to enlist. But as the fighting got closer, he knew he had to do something, so he picked up his pa’s rifle and simply stepped out of his house and into a formation that happened to pass his house. Eventually, he was issued (read: found) a uniform and joined the ranks as a marksman. It was during a not-often-spoken-of battle where he covered the retreat of several of his comrades by sniping his pursuers by moving from shrubbery to trees and tall grass. He died during that battle, but it was found that he had taken many more shots before dying than a normal person of the time should’ve been able to.
• Additional Information: Even after going to the afterlife, he remains a Fish out of Temporal Water, and he finds himself often wondering how the war’s going.
