x4 I think it was refering to his appearance in Champions. The Sparknotes of the issue goes as follow:
- Viv and Viv have time trying to adjust to each. Imminent Sexual Tension assure, which lead me to ask some kind of a moral/philosophical question: is it okay to fantasize two girls who are technically a robot and genetically engineered human? I say no because this would be considered pedophilic (their teenagers) and incest(?). On the other hand they are man made creations who are by no means actual humans but just have the emotions/brainwaves of a regular human, and their biology is by all account different as well as actual years of existence (which is why Jenny Wenkman is considered a teenager and Dizzy Kiske is considered a young adult even though both are technically 5). But again: they ARE created to be teenagers so therefore it is still pretty wrong to fantacize them sexually . . . unless they are 16 . . . okay, this isn’t getting to the point here especially for a rather unnecessary gag:
- The Champions seeks new recruits, nuff said.
- The team chastizes Miles for having an imaginary girlfriend (Ghost Spider) from another universe. Have these assholes forgotten that they live in the Marvel Universe and that Miles WAS originally from an alternate universe? Hell same could be said for Tykeclops considering how he and the X-Men Blue team realize they are NOT this Earth’s original X-Men.
- El Chapulin Colorado makes hi- er her reappearance. I still believe she is actually an 8 year old orphan who lives in a barrel and eats ham sandwich . . . or is the a completely seperate reference?
- Miles refer to New Patriot and New Falcon (Joaquin) as Ratchet and Clank . . . why? I don’t think Mark Waid understands video games as last I check the two heroes aren’t a gun toting furry and a helper robot. Now that I said that: a Rocket and Baymax crossover conic need to happen!
- Oh how cute that Riri and Amadeus speak in random numbers to sound “SMRT”. SPEAK IN A REAL NERD LANGUAGE LIKE BINARIES OR HEXICODE! Hell, even Ceasar Cipher would suffice.
- And when is all said and done, I am mentally imagining Phelous sarcastically declaring “Great Continuity” at a lot of the scenes. Because seriously; Amadeus should of been in space fighting Thor, Cyclops should have been with the other X-Men crossing different timelines/dimensions, Moon Girl shouldn’t have Devil Dinosaur with her and be teamed up with the two remaining Fantastic Four members, and Gwenpool shouldn’t have been cancelled . . . yeah I’m still salty about that.
Now onto Voyager. So how long do we have to wait until she is revealed to be the bad guy? Or at the very least confirms that she is Marcus, Carol’s rapist, regenerated into the lost founding member and is using the same mind altering abilities that made the Avengers and Carol think he is an okay guy and give him/her the much needed ass whooping that was cheated out of them at the end of 200. Yeah, that’s my headcanon; please let me have it.
More importantly, Squadron Supreme has a member named Victory. Tens bucks says he is a bigger asshole than Golden Archer.

Mileena MadnessOver in Doctor Strange he just unleashed the void on Loki
Heheheheheheheheeeeeh. That sounds dirty. I'm not entirely sure what it sounds like a euphemism for. But it sounds like a euphemism for something.
Something naughty.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.x3 I don’t think they did. I am going with the name Spider-Gwen is being given in that upcoming Marvel Uprising show (which may translate into comics in the future because SYNERGY).
As LONG as this synergy does not effect the upcoming Enter The Spider-Verse movie. I sure as hell not going to refer to Spiderman in that movie as Spy-D.
Think that might be a reference to Thor Ragnarok. Making it the second time the current comics reference that film. The first being the current Planet Hulk story which features an amusing role reversal situation.

Not really. Overall I actually thought it was pretty good issue aside from my annoyance with the overall continuity errors and that Ratchet and Clank line. It addresses the whole two Viv plot by showcasing how everybody was impacted by this sudden changes. It is good that they are now expanding rosters, especially now that it means that Joaquin Falcoln doesn't have to be excile into continuity limbo like everyone else. And this issue seems like a good restart point for the overall series to earn a clean slate.
I mentioned the negatives first because, well, its a lot easier to make jokes off them instead of the positive.
Don't Judge me, need more views: https://www.deviantart.com/big-k-2011 | https://bigk1337.newgrounds.com/ | https://twitter.com/BigK64133God, someone young needs to write Champions. Ratchet and Clank hasn't been relevant since the PS 3 era.
I'm still not feeling the Ghost-Spider name. Apparently, they're changing all the Spiders to have their own name instead of being named Spider-Woman/Spider-Man, etc. And one of the proposed names for Miles is "Spy-D."
Yep.
That one's okay, actually.
My various fanfics.Which one? Ghost Spider or Spy D, cause if its the former agree.
x2 I don't know, it was relevant for a while with the movie and I can buy that Miles played the game as a kid. My issue is mostly with the context of the reference as it was referring to Patriot and Falcon who characteristics does not resemble the protagonists of the game (would of made since if it was referring to Rocket and Baymax). So yeah, the whole moment was Waid attempting at being relevant by incorrectly using the reference.
It would be like if I wrote a fan fic about Jo Jo's Bizarre Adventures and have one of my fan characters refer Giorno Giovanni as Gentarou Kisaragi, even though Josuke Higishikate is obviously similar to that Kamen Rider in every way . . . I have watching Kamen Rider Forze lately. Its part of my Kamen Rider binge watch.

My various fanfics.Jonathan Hickman might be doing something for either The Eternals or the X-Men...
Context: Jonathan Hickman is doing a poll regarding his next project and has it narrowed down to The Eternals, Legion of Super-Heroes, New Gods, or X-Men.

Considering his style of writing, he would be fitting for eith the Eternals or New Gods. Though I have to go with Legion of Super Heroes since I actually want to see the team again and I kind of see his run of the Avengers as basically LOS but set in the present.
Don't Judge me, need more views: https://www.deviantart.com/big-k-2011 | https://bigk1337.newgrounds.com/ | https://twitter.com/BigK64133i say eternals. his avengers run sucked and legion has as big a team,
Avengers sucked because he was basically trying to turn it into a Legion comic, which Avengers isn't. If he actually writes a Legion comic, it might be good.

Doctor Who — Long Way Around: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/13536044/1/Doctor-Who-Long-Way-AroundHis Avengers run was often interesting but not enjoyable
Which is a kind of weird combination but it's many mysteries and world building intrigues but it's bleakness and ultimate futility left it somewhat unenjoyable
Maybe could have been solved if most of the exposition hadn't been backloaded into people explaining the plot to each other and if any of the events had meant anything more than a prelude to Secret Wars where the ultimate point was that Reed is a better god than Doom just because
I'd actually like to reread it some day knowing the end result and seeing if it feels better on a reread

Forever liveblogging the AvengersIt isn't a very good read. I see where he was going with a lot of it but I found it really uninteresting, and his prose is too wordy and dry. Not to mention the characters aren't driving the plot so there's little that actually brings you in.
Didn't see that coming.
Get the feeling that she's going to take over Jessica Jones.
That leaves Peter and Miles' respective Spider titles. Since Luke Cage is ending, I'd imagine marvel just shuffles David Walker over onto Miles' book. And there's that rumor of Nick Spencer becoming the new writer for Amazing.
I say Kelly Thompson should take over Amazing Spider-Man.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.Heh, Noir Peter and his aunt and uncle were ardent Depression-era socialists, so that could happen.
The very best, like no one ever was. Check out my Spider-Man fanfic here! [1]
