Besides Bill.
Speaking of Bill, is there still any credence to the idea that he has a higher-up on the other side?
Peace is the only battle worth waging.Maybe, but it seems pretty unlikely at this point.
I had a dream about Gravity Falls. Bill was tormenting Ford in the dreamscape with changing sceneries, glitchy terrain and general Mind Screw.
I felt his pain...like literally, it hurt to watch.
I see the tentacles again. I mean, this one that were visible in the original Promo Picture for Season 2.
I believe they come to play in one way or another.
Also, the image makes it look like Bill has become one with the Shack.

I notice from the trailer that both Wendy and Gideon play prominent roles in the post-apocalyptic showdown.
I think there’s a global conspiracy to see who can get the most clicks on the worst liesSemantics aside, though, I don't see any reason to be harsh about it, especially when probably come next episode she'll highly acknowledge her actions and basically say "I done fucked up bad." Also she's a fictional character.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.AHHHHHHHHHH
why yes i did watch the new episode

Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectYou know unless something happens to her thanks to Pyramid Body.
Ford sliding down the pillar with his gravity gun was pretty rad. They should make a video game with a mechanic like that.
I missed Gideon this season. I hope he has a bigger role next one. I wonder what use Bill could have for him now.
I read some stuff on Tumblr about the new episode, and to my confusion they are calling Ford Abusive and Manipulative.
I don't get it, yeah he was basically splitting up the Mystery Twins but there wasn't any malice in it and he offered Dipper who accepted. He told Dipper he was destined for great things and even stated that Mabel has a magnetic personality, he probably didn't think she'd have it too rough.
I like to think that everyone is at fault for a little bit.
Hmmm...I wouldn't call him abusive or manipulative, but I would fault Ford for projecting his issues with his brother onto Dipper, what with his comment on how being a twin is "suffocating."
He also did convince Dipper to take on the apprenticeship like Bill got his trust, through flattery and ego stroking. (I'm thinking especially of his comment that Gravity Falls calls to "special" people like him and Dipper, but also about his comments on his intelligence and how amazing he is, etc.) Though that similarity is more unintentional on Ford's part, I'm sure. I just find that interesting.
Trust you? The only person I can trust is myself. He did, however, say that having a twin was "stifling" and given his past experience with his own brother it's not unlikely that he thought he was saving Dipper the trouble of being held back.
I wouldn't call Ford manipulative but horribly misguided and untrustworthy of anyone else that doesn't immediately worship him. The fact that he chose not to tell anyone about the rift, including those in his immediate family, was a gigantic mistake.

You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction.Emotions are running pretty high right now.
Not to mention he did describe the fact that Mabel and Dipper were never apart to be "suffocating". He does seem to be reading into/ assuming things about their relationship that aren't true.

Did Blendin always sound like Morty?
Morty sounds like Blendin sounds like Lemongrab.
My art Tumblr![1] Really need to get back on that...To me he's pretty much just used Lemongrab's voice.

There is no beginning. There is no end. There is only... Hooty.Too easy a solution, doesn't include Seatbelt safety, plus parents.
Who cares about parents we never see anyway...that's is is the much better solution.

YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.The best solution to a problem is usually the easiest one
Also Dipper seemed to be dead set on leaving his parents anyway, w/o consultation.

You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction.Only now I realized that Blendin and Morty share the same VA and now suddenly the Rick and Morty jokes about this episode make much more sense...
About Dipper/Ford: I'm pretty sure Ford had no malice behind his words, he just knows from past experiences that having a twin can be a little bit of a headache and he doesn't want Dipper's potential to go to waste. Hell, he even felt a little bad when Dipper returned and knew what went down.
Now granted, its still a pretty dickish move, just not an intentional one. I dunno, I understand Ford/Dipper want to move on to bigger and better things, but they kind of neglect their closest companions in doing so. Meanwhile Stan/Mabel are understandably distraught that they're essentially being left behind, but that causes them to act selfishly.
So its like, hey...nobody has any real moral high ground here.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.I have a gut feeling their parents are terrible people.
No, people have indeed been mostly blaming Ford, which is understandable but feels pretty misplaced I think. There really isn't anyone to fully blame for everything that happened.
