Even ignoring the fact that it's a meme, that's a supremely terrible image on many levels. Non-illustrative, way too much caption text, and Batman is hardly the go-to guy for Lawful Good. Superman would be a much better image.
Well, let's just say there's a Fauxtivational Poster for Batman for every single alignment on the D&D scale.
Alignment is hard to show, though. The stereotype is the Knight in Shining Armor, since knights are usually perceived as lawful, and the shining bit usually implies good.

The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything. The note about being chosen by Image Pickin' was referring to the previous image, and someone named Gah Gah Face changed the image without discussion, completely ignoring said note. For the record, this was the previous image:
The general consensus for alignment pages was to use an extremely well-known character who would generally be considered that alignment, something I'd say Superman is better for than Batman.
Actually I'm pretty sure we don't even need this thread, unless someone has an issue with the Superman image.

Send a PM about IP procedure and not to ignore the tags.
As for the image, Superman is good enough.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerThat's fine by me.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.I have no issue with the Superman pic and that caption.
Googling for "d&d paladin" came up with this (2nd on page) — it's a Fauxtivational Poster, though.
How about this? Doesn't show "lawful", unfortunately...
Isn't Supes on the list of universally recognized characters where he can get away with being jafaac? I remember the debates over other allignments where there were some universaaly agreed characters that defined the allignment just by face alone. The Joker being another example on that list.
Superman may be JAFAAC, but he is at least decently known to be a blue boy scout.

The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.Sub-Saharan African tribal leaders would understand a picture of Superman on an article called Lawful Good. It's not the best but it's pretty good. Honestly would like to see better.
^^ The Universally Known Characters with some JAFAAC resistance are like Jesus, Superman, Batman, the Joker, Robin Hood, and Mickey Mouse. (It's intentionally not actually recorded anywhere for various reasons including people quibbling about who should be on it.) Also it's case-by-case: Jesus is fine for Messianic Archetype but not Son Of A Carpenter, Superman is fine for The Cape but not Favorite Color Is Teal, etc.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Maybe if it emphasized the "lawful" a bit more?◊ (obviously the demotivational part would be edited out.)

Perfect
Not bad, not bad at all.
If we grant that Superman is not just a face ... yeah, with the flag is good.
Superman is well-known enough to have him as JAFAAC for showing a Good person. The first thing most people know about him is that he's a superhero.
The flag sort of symbolises lawful, I guess. It doesn't bring rebellion into mind, at least. Unless possibly if you're British.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything."He fights for Truth, Justice, and the American way!"
Plus, DC Comics hasn't really used the "and the American way" much since the 1980s. Today it tends to be shortened to just truth and justice or freedom is used instead.
I like 15
Also the reason DC dropped 'and the American way' may have involved a lot of jokes invoking And Zoidberg.
Clock is set.
15 is good for me. Pretty clear depiction of Supes as a force for justice and goodness.
It's a Fauxtivational Poster. There's a tag on the page to say it was chosen by an IP thread, but now those posters are kill-on-sight.
I'm not sure how to picture this well. We could always crop away the border and such from the old image and have a version of the text as a caption, but I don't know how clear that would be. Old image:
