Etherum Gladiator is currently flagged; it is most definitely NSFW, with sex dominating the work. However, I'm not entirely sold on it being intended primarily to titillate, as there is a great deal of character exploration and stuff. As I recall, sex was covered somewhat clinically. But I'd need to rereview it to be sure.

[up][up] Thanks for the ruling. I'm gay, so it wasn't really the homosexuality, but the fact that people documenting obsessively pre-teens making sexual hints towards each other that kind of made me question it.

Oh, ho, ho, Daiakuji.

I haven't played the game, but if it is at all like the anime that was made about it, then it is no better. The final episode involves Akuji, the main character, getting married to her aunt Satsu (Who is younger than him. Much younger than him) and... Well, let's just say that shenanigans ensue as Satsu tries to convince Akuji to undertake his duties as husband.

And that's just the final episode. The episodes before that involve the same kind of rape shenanigans you would see in a Rance game as Akuji tries to conquer all of Japan, which has been occupied by forces from a Feminazi parody of America.

huh, Daiakuji doesn't seem to have any tropes at all, just a stub description; makes it real hard to judge if it's ok or not

As far as I know, Satsu's actual age is never mentioned, I'm afraid. And in fact, she doesn't act too childish, either. In fact, she acts much more mature than Akuji himself, at times. <_<

EDIT: The Alicesoft wiki says Satsu is a young daughter Ippatsu Yamamoto, Akuji's grandfather, had with a woman other than Akuji's grandmother, so that would make her half-sister of Akuji's father and Akuji's aunt. Don't we love how bloodlines work? The wiki also says Akuji can marry her at the end of the game, so I think there are some incest hints there. Just thought I would mention it.

hmmmmm..... then I guess it's up to whether or not she is being used for pedo pandering. If so, given what else you said, I'd say we should forget nuking it from orbit and drop a +50 asteroid of smiting on it

From the description of it and the CG set, this seems like the average shitty rape porn. Combine that with the young heroine and stub article and I'm definitely seeing no reason to keep the page on it.

It's by the same company that made Sengoku Rance and Big Bang Age, for what it's worth. It's not in English.

Googling the girl in question shows her to be underaged in appearance. Easily.

Agreed. with that out of the way, lets discuss Collar 6. Now, I admit Collar 6 is a HEAVY BDSM fetish comic, but surprisingly has a very low amount of nudity(It's more about the relationships). Though, it does hurt its case with a recent 3-4 page sex scene between the main villain and his wife(but hey, if this is the first time you're alone with your wife after she just got done busting you out of prison, would YOU do anything else besides shag like rabbits?)

There's also the other new thing brought up, Gore Screaming Show. So if someone who's familiar with it is around to give info on it.

[up][up]Is the main focus of the BDSM in Collar Six to titillate, or to tell a story?

[up]I have a link to a review of it, if that helps.

There is no porn in Collar Six (or at least, none when I read it). Nor pedophilia. Just a lot of bondage. Between consensual adults. It also has plot.

Heck, just keep going backwards in time, there isn't anything NSFW for a while...

The sex scene is(NSFW): this onwards

There is some toplessness as well, but very rarely. It's mostly a plot about this chick that's a willing sub to a dominatrix.

Okay, yeah, this can't be pornographic. There's no way anyone could wank off to this artwork or the constantly changing fonts.

....yeah, i forgot about it being hard to tell sometimes when the chars AREN'T wearing latex...

Anyways, all in all, I estimate the story-to-pron/nudity ratio being very high, so it doesn't violate the rules(as I understand them)

Re: Goshuushou Sama Ninomiya Kun

Preliminary Report:

Episode 1:

Oh look, another by-the-book ecchi series. ISO Standard Ecchi Male Lead #8472 gets a face full of crotch from his presumed love interest, girls flash their panties at him, blah, blah blah (insert rant here). Nothing P5 is looking to cut so far.

Update the first: Still nothing. If I could in good faith recommend that P5 purge all these asinine ecchi shows on principle, I would. But I can't.

Update the second: And the contrasting love rival shows up. Haven't I watched this show before under a different title? No porn, no pedopandering so far.

Episode 5:

Beach episode. Great.

Update the first: Every single goddamned beach episode cliche in the book, but nothing cutworthy. No porn, no pedopandering, no creativity.

Update the second: Nothing to report. Why are there so many of these ecchi shows on the list? How many of these actually break our content policies? Why do they all suck?

Episode 10:

Nothing that breaks either our content policy or any manner of creative ground.

Verdict: Keep

  • Not really any problematic content
  • Some fanservice, none of anyone under high school age

Yeah, nothing to see here, move along.

@5453 Komodin: Daiakuji has a plot to it, but it's buried beneath the porn. I'd say the porn is the main draw for it, rather than the plot. Flip to a random scene, and it's more likely porn than not. And of the porn scenes, most are rape scenes (with a strong theme of Rape Is Love), with a couple of particularly brutal scenes.

In short, it's porn. Don't even bother watching it.

The game, on the other hand... Meh. It's never been released in English or translated, but the descriptions I've read make it seem like sex is a big part of it, and it has the same Rape Is Love/pimping themes as the anime. Not worth keeping around.

Yosuga No Sora

Apparently rated R+ for mild nudity. And implied sex I'd say. It is obviously ecchi.

Yosuga No Sora is based on a Visual Novel, for which translation has yet to be completed, so I haven't looked at that. The anime is less explicit than the Visual Novel, still has sex, but less (although blatant nudity in the first episode). The manga is the real Bleached Underpants version.

Ages of the twins are 16-17. I'm not positive what everyone else's age is (I don't think they're ever explicitly given), but they are all within a year of each other. All the characters certainly look like adults, especially in the anime (the Visual Novel has a different art style, and the manga is closer in art style to the anime).

Heroines (covered in the anime) are: Sora Kazuha Akira Nao

The anime resets after following a particular heroine, but to a different point each time.

I would be ready to write this off as simple ecchi with some sex, and say the anime at least is fine. There is after all a large amount of plot (especially since the manga has only the plot to support it, with minor fanservice), and the Scenery Porn and summer atmosphere are definitely some of the best parts of the series.

However, I have to mention that part of Nao's arc (and Sora's arc where it branches off Nao's) is the fact that she had sex with Haru last time he was there (it's why Sora hates her). Based on what Haru says in the first episode, that would be four years ago, making him twelve or thirteen and her one year older than him. To be fair, the scene in question is very brief and it's primary impact is supposed to be on the plot. Plus Nao doesn't actually look that much younger.

I wouldn't call it pedo-pandering (Nao is still protrayed with a significant... bust size, she's the same age as Haru, it's heavily a part of the plot and not portrayed as a good thing), however it is implied sex with the characters when they were probably 12-14 (ages aren't explicitly stated).

So it will probably be down to that one scene. Even though the manga is the bleached underpants version of the toned down anime, that scene is still implied (although even less of it is shown), probably because it's the consequences of the suppression of that event that is a relationship turning point.

Perhaps the anime is borderline, and the manga less so. I'm going to suggest keeping, since it has significant plot and isn't for pedophiles (although it is definitely for adults, being a seinen Manga, late night Anime airing rated R and and an 18+ Visual Novel), but cleaning wouldn't hurt if this page were to stay.

Re: Yosuga no Sora:

If my recollection is correct, there is explicit onscreen sex in the anime. At request, I will post a full review re: the anime.

I don't think the anime could have been too explicit since it ran on TV.

Yes, but to my knowledge, Japanese TV doesn't air (anime) porn with visible genitals, which is what "explicit sex" implies to me.
