My proposed standard is: no new YMMV, Darth Wiki, or audience reaction articles that are designed to document negative opinions. We have enough of them.

- YMMV (or Darth Wiki-level)
- is mostly about (negative) reception and
- cannot be repurposed to be something else than about negative reception,
it should be discarded (or cut if it's already launched)?

More gushing pages probably aren't necessary either, though those aren't such a big problem considering people have a natural tendency to complain.

Just to play Devil's Advocate for a moment, I'd like to remind everyone that you're currently Complaining About Complaining. 
That said, I do agree with the general sentiment that we don't need more complaint pages. That's not what this wiki's about. Don't really have any suggestions for this that haven't already been offered up, though.

Sure. We might as well make one for pointless gushing; while it's not as big a problem as pointless complaining, it's still something we don't need.

There IS already one for gushing - I've linked it in the What Goes Where In The Forums thread.
I think we just need to find a name for a complaining cleanup thread and then pin it in Special Efforts.

There is a bitching cleanup thread for Headscratchers pages, The Great Headscratchers Complaining Cleanup. However, a wider name and a more fleshed out OP would be necessary for a more general thread.
