[1] is hilarious. That's how badass people ride motorbikes, people.

No Bayonetta, anyone? Might be a touch too literal-minded but you gotta admit... the long hair in this pic is pretty badass.tongue

Now, I have to say that for me, hair and/or badassery are scarcely the most noticeable things about Bayonetta...

And it overlaps quite uncomfortably with Prehensile Hair.

I'm not sure why people are insisting that this trope is exlusive to '90s Anti-Hero types.

Coupled with Wild Hair, this is very common among Wild Child characters, if only because they've never had anything to cut their hair with, or any reason to do so for that matter. Samurai, who traditionally grew their hair long and wore it either in a ponytail or a mage, are also likely to be this.

I stand by my first Conan pic.

Badass Bikers wear black leather, possibly studs and spikes. Doesn't look like that to me at all. Please elaborate.

[up][up][up] Nice pecs, too much eyeliner... I think he qualifies as a baddass, but not THE badass.

[up] I could live with that, if the current picture must be changed.

That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

[up][up] It looks a bit more like a scarf from that angle.

[up] You can see the individual locks... and I'm assuming people will know that it's hair, given the trope name.

But yeah, I guess it could end up looking like a scarf if it was taken completely out of context.

I kind of think it's a little better than the one up, given the extent that it demonstrates the trope. I mean, it's practically Rapunzel Hair.

I like Van Damme over the Mega Man pic for its sheer absurdity, but we can crowner this if that's what it'll take.

[up] There's far too little consensus to go without a crowner.

Think my OCD-ness is showing. Might I suggest replacing the current collage with this one instead? Same pictures just rearranged to be neater and without that unsightly white gap at the bottom right.

If we're going for a collage, might as well choose the images more wisely (distribute between different media, etc.)

[up][up] Even better. I endorse it.

[up] ... how would that be possible? Include a platform game and a ballet performance?

Good grief, how is the collage that actually has some symmetry being beaten by the other one?
