Unused quotes should be put on a Quotes Wiki page (just replace the namespace in the URL of the wiki page you are making a quotes page for with Quotes/) or, if they don't have an article, on Quotes Looking for an Article.

That’s weird since the page for Lost in Alaska provides context for the quote. Does that really not happen at all in the film?
- Kitchen Sink Included: While getting stuff out of the "ammunition igloo" (which is full of miscellaneous items) and throwing them at Stillman and his henchmen to keep them from advancing, Tom says he and George have thrown everything but the kitchen sink. George promptly comes back with one and hurls it at the trio.
Anyway, we could replace it with a nearly identical gag from The Screwy Truant:
- Truant Officer Meathead: Gee whiz! He hit me with everything but the kitchen sink.
Screwy: Well, don't want to disappoint ya, chum. (hits him with kitchen sink; Meathead's eyes read "closed for the duration")
There's a similar line, but the sink is thrown at the bad guys by Costello's character, not used on him.
(I suspect the line as used in the page quote is from their TV series, but I haven't had the chance to watch it yet and confirm this.)
I wouldn't object to swapping it out for the one you suggested.

Personally prefer the Hanson quote.
I agree that Ian Mc Diarmid's quote about Palpatine is much better than the current one. Honestly planned to suggest changing it because the current one suits the Sociopath better. Glad this has already started. I like both Michael's quote and Hanson's quote.
Since this is the case, I would also like to propose changing the quote to one of the pages for monsters, which have been wanting to do for a very long time. Monsters from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Here is the quote on the page.
I personally like the quote (because it’s at least a rare case when a villain is directly called PURE EVIL), but in fact it rather says that “he was evil from birth” and that’s all. Nothing that says anything about him, how about CM. Much better suited to Freudian Excuse Is No Excuse. Fortunately, we have as many as 6! quotes, all of which express this trope much better.
They are all good, my personal choice being Diavolo's quote about Ciocollata. His description of the past just showcases CM perfectly.

I too prefer ACW's Palpatine quote to the current.
So, I added a quote to Jaleel White but I didn't realize that it is already on I Am Not Spock. Should it be removed from his page and replaced with this quote from an interview he did:

Also, we can give it a few more days, but it appears Dreyfuss's quote has a somewhat comfortable lead.
As for JJBA, I think if we DO switch I like the quote on Angelo best.

it's an alright quote, though formatted improperly and with potholes, and to begin with i'm not really sure if it's necessary. should it be cleaned up or just removed?

It's a decent enough quote that I wouldn't pull it without a replacement, but it definitely needs to have the potholes removed.

The quote on Situational Sexuality is funny, but it’s not directly about the trope; it’s about getting a character to own up to a gay Celebrity Crush using the trope. It’s okay, but we can do better. These are the best choices from the quotes page:

While crosswicking, I saw this page quote on Kitchen Sink Included:
Abbott: Oh, well... we can fix that. [pulls the sink out of the wall, breaks it over Costello's head]
The thing is, it's not from that movie (which I just watched yesterday), and googling hasn't turned up any results besides this site. Not sure which of their works it's actually from, but it's not from that movie.
Should we comment it out until an actual source can be found, or just delete it?
