Lying about what? It's already established that she's not like real-life Dissociative Identity Disorder-affilicted people, where the whole "multiple independently-acting personalities" thing is typically more or less a purely mental construct, usually as a self-defense mechanism against psychological trauma or excessive guilt over a crime that one has committed (whether in a moment of rage/despair or accidentally). That is, she really does have an Enemy Within with her own autonomous will.

It seems some suspicions were correct such as that Boobear was actually a straight shooter and that Cat Smile on that last panel implies some major rape is about to happen to those gangbangers.
