My troper wall
The Pokémon section of Memetic Badass is littered with ZCEs, often not explaining why a character gets hyped up by the fandom.
EDIT: Would it make sense to split off into its own page? The franchise has its own Memetic Loser page.

Personally, I've never watched, but with a quick glimpse of the page, I think it's safe to hide the examples.
Considering that no one is responding or objecting to my decision to hide the two YMMV examples from The Day the Clown Cried and/or the nine out of the fourteen examples from Black★Rock Shooter Innocent Soul, I hope no one minds if I do it myself. Making Crossovers since The New 10's
Dream Raiders is full of ZCEs. I commented all of them out, but that leaves only 4 valid examples remaining. No reason to holler the page creator, as they haven't edited since 2015.

I'm not sure that any of Otomeiro Stay Tune'e examples have enough context. I'm just posting this here in case anyone wants to try to save it.

Good Hydaelyn almighty, Penny Arcade may have been around since forever but so has the zero context. Almost every entry is just a link and that's it. Others barely explain the tropes linked in the comics.

It being around forever is exactly why it's in that shape; older pages always need the most fixing.

So I just took a look at Way of the Samurai. I ZCE'd quite a few that were either just trope names or barely gave info as to why they're on that trope like Psycho for Hire. If anyone more familiar with the series is willing to run the series down, go ahead.

I think they're suggesting "knock" has a more specific image and thus unintentionally evokes physical violence. Still misuse, though. More Fridge Horror if anything.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
