I really cannot think of any sarcasm that provides an appropriate response to "insane dragon god mage" considering the results with characters of a similar nature.

Vox, I think you are going to have to be a lot more detailed about how you are nerfing Torak.

Because Belgariad Magic is Reality Manipulation where you get better at it the smarter you are with certain non-hard/fast limitations. His main weakness being perhaps a lack of imagination in this area.

His upper power limit may be somewhere below splitting continents, as he needed the Orb for that (not that he probably couldn't do it without the Orb but doing so would be exhausting). The main problem is simply.. if he can understand it he can do it.

He's not actually a dragon.

Yeah, he's got some major Creative Sterility.

I imagine if you want to get him to pass you are just going to have to list the specific magic effects he can perform and Hand Wave the rest as Tatu nerfing him. Unless the G Ms want to be particularly trusting with someone that could easily do things like convert the ground into pure Sodium or maybe Uranium at the blink of an eye, copy-cat any technology he sees, turn the sky purple, or any other billions of ideas he can in theory perform if he thought about them. (Creative might be his weakness, but its not yours :P)

Other than the utility he could get if he could actually be creative, he would be a strong but not the most powerful Overlord in the group despite being a literal god. :P

What kind of nerfs were applied to other godly Overlords?

Well, I don't know what happened to Mr. Dragon :P. But I nerfed Desco down to a weak Overlord myself when she could have the power to destroy stars with impunity.

Well, I was thinking he should be reduced to somewhere around the same level as Sauron/Alduin/Bolas. (They're all still in the game, right? I'm so out of touch...)

• Name:Lambda-11
• Universe:Blaz Blue
• Appearance:Activating Combat Mode Fully armored◊
• Powers:
  • Physical: Lambda's very durable, being able to take hits from a guy that can break into heavily fortified areas through brute force alone. She's capable of surviving in harsh environments, and by harsh environments I mean dimensional energy soup that would heavily corrupt a mortal's mind and body. Lambda also has a regen factor that allows her to heal minor wounds almost instantly, though a mortal one would take some time(about a day) to heal, while she's out of commission. Additionaly she seems to know some kind of martial art that's adapted to her Murakumo powers.
  • Murakumo: As a Murakumo unit Lamba is capable of summoning a suit of armor that gives her a few abilities.
    • Levitation: With it Lambda is capable of levitating a few feet off the ground, and giving herself short bursts of supersonic speed(Its supposed to be sub-lightspeed, but I can understand if that's just too broken).
    • Sword Summoner: She's also capable of using eight swords that float behind her to slash and stab at her opponents, though if they get father than a foot from her body, they'll disappear and reappear behind her. She can also summon swords made of energy anywhere in a ten yard radius from her body. They can take an form form circular to straight, as long as its a blade, and can be up to twice her size.
    • Ur Sword: That is with the exception of the Ur sword that requires Lambda to be at full power and an incantation. Its about the size of something you'd see a humongous mecha wield.
    • Gravity Control:Lambda is capable of creating a three foot area, anywhere in the same radius as the swords where gravity is exponentially increased. It only lasts for a few seconds though.
• Personality:Normally Lambda's personality is pushed down by programming making her cold and robotic, but underneath that is very sweet somewhat shy girl that has an affinity for cute things, especially insects. She can be very brave when she has to be, and she has a bit of crush on Ragna the Bloodedge and greatly desires to be with him. And even though she went through the same experiments, she's much less "unhinged" than her successors Mu-12, and Nu-13. At the moment she doesn't have much of a memory and has in the past had to be constantly wiped clean in order to keep her weapon-like though its likely that can't happen here.

After several days of careful meditation, here is my pick.

• Name: Chase Young
• Universe: Xiaolin Showdown (after the end of the series, but before Xiaolin Chronicles)
• Appearance: Human form◊ True form◊
• Powers and Abilities:
  • Immortality: Chase Young does not age, and is therefore able to live forever.
  • Superhuman Strength: He is able to lift massive rocks above his head and throw them without difficulty, and can single handedly break through steel.
  • Superhuman Agility: His increased agility, balance, equilibrium and body coordination make him able to achieve seemingly impossible feats, such as landing fron a fall with only one finger, or balancing himself on top of any object.
  • Defiance of Gravity: He is able to stand on water, vertical surfaces, and even levitate.
  • Superhuman Resistance: His body is far more resistant to damage than that of a normal human being, and his superior stamina makes him able to withstand days of physical exertion without any fatigue.
  • Superhuman Speed: Chase is able to achieve speeds far greater than that of a normal human. This, combined with his limited defiance of gravity, makes him effectively able to run on walls.
  • Martial Arts: He has been able to further hone his martial arts and Tai Chi skills for over 1,500 years.
  • Tiger Sense: He can sense nearby enemy without using his eyes.
  • True form: He can turn at will into his true form, further increasing his strength, resistance, speed and agility. He only uses it when he deems it most necessary.
• Personality: Chase is proud and narcissistic, holding his fighting skills in high regard, and often deems other people as inherently inferior, showing no respect or acknowledgement of their abilities. He is patient and manipulative, and his plans are often grand. Despite this, however, he has a strict sense of honor, and has yet to go back on his word. He does not tolerate people who try to suck up to him, specially if physical contact is involved.
• Mooks: Cat Warriors. Fallen warriors that Chase has defeated over the last 1,500 years, and who have sworn their loyalty to him. Once fallen warriors pledges his allegiance to him, Chase takes control of their human form and their chi, turning them into jungle cats (lions, tigers, panthers, etc.), although he can force them to return to their human forms if necessary. Like Chase, they do not age.

Well, basically anything involving invulnerability, powers that could destroy entire cities, impossible to avoid/dodge/block attacks... that kind of stuff.

That works for me.

Troy probably remembers more nerfs.

And yeah, the mind manipulation is just a compelling voice.

Name: Uub Universe: Dragon ball Z/GT Personality: Very timid, Becomes frigtened when he is fighting someone. He wants to make sure all Evil is vaquished Powers/Ki attacks:

1.Choco Kamehameha: Used it on Super Baby. However, It backfired.

2. Flight Taught it by his teacher at the Begenning of his training, It is called Sky dancing.

3. Perma Fusion: Uub and Buu's ultima weapon. When Baby overpoweres them, Buu and Uub fused. Their attack and all of their stats when fused, Boosted 4X, But one negative: There is no way to split without some spell or powerful attack to split them apart again and on top of all that, There is no way they could split again from powerful spells and attacks! (This should be renamed to Majin Uub if fused.)

4.Lightning Arrow: Majuub's powerful attack, This is what happened if you piss him off when a Barrage of ki waves at you, Shredding into pieces without warning!

Universe: Dragon Ball GT

Appearince: Pale blue skin, Blue eyes, Red marks. Inheritally Evil.

Personality: Hostile, Has a hatred for the saiyans. Very hostile and angry. Has a love for hatred.

Abilities/Powers: Can take over a host body, Like in GT when Baby infects the whole Population, and also everyone. He can take over a Body and control it and take over to its powers.

Backstory(If needed.): Back in the Saiyan tuffle war, Before the end of the tuffle race, His DNA was transferred to a machine. Therefore he could use it as the last tuffle paracite: Ever. Now in GT he is fully awakened as a parasite to take over the human race and every life possible. (Not Really.) He was defeated by Goku.

Additional wishes: I would love This vilian, But i wish he would become the New god because...TALK TO THE NEW TUFFLE KING OR DIE!

Minions: Everyone that baby infects. ( Must be nerfed at all costs. Actully, Won't work on Buu. that the disease will spit it out.)

Line: "YOU'LL RUE THE DAY AS THE TUFFLE RACE RISES!"

Also keep in mind that 90% of our characters are all manipulative and schemey and all that, and that eclipse players typically have obscenely large posts and plots. Not like you have to, but you should probably know what kind of game you're getting into

Eclipse actually drove one poor player out after he saw how gargantuan things were
