One of the many arguments for why all of the Jeremy Soule soundtracks for The Elder Scrolls suck: they do not have umpteen dozens of tracks for every terrain/weather/time-of-day combination that Buggerfall had. And they only use the Morrowind theme as a Leitmotif, in Buggerfall, every weather type had its own. Ah, the days of old...

Videogames do not make you a worse person... Than you already are.

YMMV on the Maridia music. I find it to be quite calm and soothing.

The original (the ones in GU are less creepy but catchier in my opinion) themes of the Eight Phases in the Dot Hack R 1 Games are all pretty creepy since they jar quite harshly with the fairly standard, but good, music of the game. They also look very creepy. Bonus points for Leitmotif.

Skeith: The Terror Of Death

Innis: The Mirage Of Deceit

Magus: The Propagation

Fidhell: The Prophet

Gorre: The Machinator

Macha: The Temptress

Tarvos: The Avenger

Corbenik: The Rebirth

Special mention goes to Cubia's theme as well:

The lack of obligatory Lavender Town disappoints me.

This is pretty freaking creepy as is its counterpart.

The music in DEFCON: Everybody Dies can be downright eerie, especially when the nukes start flying. Sometimes you might even hear a woman in the background crying for some reason - not hard to think of a reason why, though. It really helps to show that you are witnessing (and at the same time participating, even causing) the end of civilization, all from some display in a faraway remote bunker.

Drakengard have some great one, especially toward the end, when things get...strange.

A few other ones. Plus another three.

Plus the in-betweem chapter music, that I always found really creepy. Still didn't find that one.

Although a few of them might be less creepy and more just strange.

TBH, I was more creeped out by the video suggestions for this clip than the remix itself. Geez, You Tube, what's wrong with you?
