Remember that luggage pony from Sweet And Elite? He look similar to popular destription of Lil Pip.
Urgh, I'm too busy reading "Dangerous Business" to do it! I'm really close to getting it done, they're going to leave Shimmerwood soon, I believe. I think it was chapter...17?
If anyone here reads Project Horizons, it might be interesting to know that Somber's completely revised the first chapter. Apparently when he'd first written it, the purpose was just to get Blackjack out of the stable somehow, and he didn't put much thought into worldbuilding or fleshing out the other characters.
Also P-21 keeps a screwdriver up his ass, and that's worth a re-read alone.

Caaan anybody find me... Somebody to ♠Yeah, I read that. I'm glad she did it (or he, whichever) because I thought that it was a bit rushed at first.
Revision is good thing. Horever I'm not sure if I can stomach another fanfic. (I still I can't belive that FE is much longer than LOTR).
I see this fan fic have two character who belong to one of tropes I YKTTW Token Heroic Orc (well it had diffrent name, but now it can feet to stories with no humans):
Calamity - Defector from Decadence
Xenith - Former enemy/Defeated enemy
Anypony agree?
Well Xenith was never an enemy, so I disagree with you there. And Calamity is already down as Screw You, Elves!

But she Xenith is Zebra, enemy races from War. And Calamity defected before his ponies become enemy for Equestria and stayed against them after Enclave become villains.
Yes, but Xenith holds no resentment towards ponykind for it. You want a zebra that still holds on to the battle lines of a long-over war, check out Lancer from Project Horizons.

That not point of that trope.
Point is that member of curent or past enemy/vilianous/antagonist race join heroes/protagonits.
But it doesn't count as a Heel–Face Turn unless the joiner is explicitly a bad guy before turning. Xenith wasn't a bad guy, she was just trying to survive.
What trope are you talking about anyway?

Not Heel–Face Turn see my previous posts.
... Despite you insisting the contrary, I still think you're missing the point of FoE if you consider zebras to be a mook or enemy race.
It doesn't matter who started it, or who screwed who over. Both sides were wrong and both sides ended up fucking up Equestria in their own ways. Yeah, zebras radiation-megaspell bombed the hell out of everything, but who were the ones responsible for the taint (which seriously fucked diamond dogs over* and everyone else to a lesser degree)? and who were the ones who gave the zebras megaspells in the first place?
It's not so much an issue of right or wrong (both are pretty YMMV and I ain't gonna touch that with a ten foot pole), so much as it is about blaming. Yes, some zebras did shitty things for shitty reasons and the ones who were in charge were likely shitty people to boot, but the same thing can be said of ponies and hellhounds and dragons and just about everyone else. Everyone is wrong, everything is shit and there is no justice. That's the wasteland for you.
Caaan anybody find me... Somebody to ♠But they were enemies, for protagonist race (ponies). And many poniest treat them like eniemies. And poit of that trope is to have member of such race on protagonist side. This trope is not about blaming race of that character for something , even those chacters are proof that they are not Allways Chaotic Evil.
My point is that Protagonist-Centered Morality doesn't work in FoE.
Caaan anybody find me... Somebody to ♠But that trope have nothing to do with this trope.

"But they were enemies, for protagonist race (ponies). And many poniest treat them like eniemies. And poit of that trope is to have member of such race on protagonist side. "
This may be a generator of both Designated Heroes and Designated Villains, if the audience notices that the character is being judged only by a narrow section of their activities. Villains who supposedly "redeem" themselves in this manner can be Karma Houdinis, although they don't have to be.
This trope is to Token Enemy Minority as Token Nonhuman is to Token Minority. It's about a member of the Villain or Mook race who joins the main cast and their good (mostly human or The Federation) organisation.

Caaan anybody find me... Somebody to ♠Or Anti Heroes and Anti Villains. Because this trope is not exclusive to Black & White setings.
(I think that trope aticle need to be rewriten to be more clear, but that not this tread concern)
But you not saying that Lil Pip is desing hero?
edited 13th Dec '11 6:18:27 AM by DeathCloud
No, a Designated Hero is someone that acts like they're the villain yet are still treated as the protagonist. If Littlepip was a murdering psycopath then she would be the DH, but since she is not only actually trying to help the Wasteland but also feels remorse for a lot of the stuff that she has to do, it doesn't apply to her. Designated Villain doesn't apply to Xenith, either.
Chapter 45 is out, just read it, go and read it too because spoilery stuff gets real. Bring some tissues for your tears. Littlepip is a good girl ;_;

The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls! So, 4 pages left.
Tealove is best pony.Pony Fanon IndexSo... Is that the last chapter?
Don't think so. It said on her Tumblr that the story of the Stable Dweller is over...for now.
Besides, I'm pretty sure that Seth would put a "Complete" in the update if it was indeed the last chapter.

I read chapter 44 the day it came up. Unfortunately I was really tired that day so I nearly wept and couldn't stop thinking about swans.
