So JAFAAC it hurts.

+1 to pull; good example, bad pic.
For future reference, we're now giving pull motions a 24-hr wait to see how the votes go before taking action.
Do we have any Bruce Almighty screenshots wherein Morgan Freeman's portrayal of God uses his powers?
"The Daily Show has to be right 100% of the time; FOX News only has to be right once." - Jon StewartI was thinking we could use a two-paneler of the first episode of God The Devil And Bob where God introduces himself
This trope is vague. There's about three different types of this:
- Amnesiac God: the god doesn't know they are a god.
- Or knows they are, but can't remember their full powers.
- Physical God: like an avatar, manifesting on the physical plane, or perhaps that's their real form.
- A Form You Are Comfortable With: basically a disguise.
I can't see it being easily to make any kind of consensus on pictures. You'd need to have someone who is an amnesiac god and probably physical god, since the a form you are comfortable with version is too much like a traditional deity (that is, they can just shed that human form).
Probably with the caption, "Her subordinates really care about her, in fact you might say they worship her." That's Mina from the War of Souls, and Dark Disciples.
Yeah, there's some good examples of Morgan Freeman from Bruce and Evan Allmighty where he's demonstrating that he is god (such as walking on water or going to the tip of Mount Everest to clear his mind.)
That doesn't look like "human form" to me. Humans generally don't have some weird shining thing inside their chests.
That would be a fantastic addition to the Image Links page for Jesus, and I'd support that as the page pic instead of what's there...could you post that in the IP thread for that page? Thanks in advance.
Yeah, I was being sort of facetious about the Jesus pic. (I wanted to see if anyone would complain it was JAFAAC ).
BUT I do think a good image would be collage of many of the deities worshipped on Planet Earth in Real Life. Zoroaster◊, Buddha◊, Jesus and Krishna skipping hand in hand...◊
Get a slant at this glossary of Pulp Detective terms. It rates. Pipe that? That last one is pretty funny. But Buddha isn't considered a god and I don't think Zoroaster is either.
Oppression anywhere is a threat to democracy everywhere. The last one may be okay. It's not really JAFAAC, unless you're totally in the dark about religion.
Last one has my vote.
New theme music also a boxI also support Jesus + Krishna.
Oppression anywhere is a threat to democracy everywhere.I like Jesus and Krishna.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Jesus + Krishna works for me.

I like Jesus.
Make your hearth shine through the darkest night; let it transform hate into kindness, evil into justice, and loneliness into love.Jesus and Krishna. Mainly just to resolve this discussion quickly.
This image is pretty awful.
