...a little brother should belong to his older sister, right? - Orimura Chifuyu*raises hand*
It is interesting to see the reaction of a "Muggle" student who grew up in a world where adults are normal (so he has a basis on how to act) while all of his classmates are supernatural. This author portrays the bullied/withdrawn student, the often strained interactions between classmates, and the semi-scared-of-the-students teachers quite well.

Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!The MC is a Batman. His cool derivation and analysis of events can even be considered an Iris ability already.
...a little brother should belong to his older sister, right? - Orimura ChifuyuI knew I was missing that part of the story, but I could not figure out how to describe it. Good job.

...a little brother should belong to his older sister, right? - Orimura ChifuyuNope. Just commenting and complimenting you on the description.
Also, there is no way I would have put a or a or some other smiley if I was being sarcastic. ()

Ah, I should have known.
"Learning without thinking is labor lost. Thinking without learning is dangerous."I hate double posting but this thread is collecting dust. Anyway, I think Iris Zero is refreshing for it's moderate pace and depth it puts into it's characters. It really Needs More Love.
"Learning without thinking is labor lost. Thinking without learning is dangerous."To all Iris Zero people:
Ala-Atra has closed it's group. There is no news on who is gonna pick this series up.
BGM here, for those who would like the most of an emo experience.

...a little brother should belong to his older sister, right? - Orimura ChifuyuTwo new chapters out and if all would go well there would be two love triangles. And Touru were great too ... as One-Scene Wonder...

Updates!
Okay, this was a cute and funny chapter. Toru manages to be boss even with limited screentime.
I consider this a better manga than its popularity accounts for.
God, I love this manga. Great premise, great characters, great atmosphere...why isn't this more popular?
I'm also an anime blogger.Well, I've seen people criticize the show on the grounds that in a setting with magical eye powers the story opts to follow some high school kids instead of exploring its sociocultural ramifications and similar themes. This is seinen, right? Maybe it's just directed at the wrong demographic.
Just finished archive binging the series and I have to say I really liked it.

Nice chapter, and a really nice look into the character and group dynamics of the protagonists, and of course semi-confirmation that Tooru does notice Sasamori's feelings for him. And a new character! No idea what she'll do.
Just started reading the manga, and I think it's pretty underrated. This is probably a weak comparison, but the MC sort of reminds me Zenkichi from Medaka Box, in that he tries compensating for his normality by trying to understand others.
Any thoughts on the newest chapter?
I treat all living things equally. That is to say, I eat all living thingsAnd just when things were settling down too (well, relatively), a new rival appears! Or not. I have a feeling that, if anything, this'll just serve as an impetus for both Sasamori and Tooru to come clean.
Incidentally the new girl seems to see percentages. Percentages of what, I wonder?

Is it me or this chapter was too short in the number of pages?
So, does anyone else read it?
