Yeah funny thing about the Jonas Brothers: they were probably irritating little teeny boppers and me detesting them despite being around the same friggin' age as them (or I think - now I'm 19 going on 20), but it actually amazes me how just a few years later they have faded from my pop culture radar.

And personally this was the first artist that came to mind when I first heard the song. ("Cool! Another Miguel song on the radi- WAIT IT'S BY A JONAS BROTHER?!?!?")

Also surprised Todd didn't go into detail about the guy's gay fan base.

I think at one point during the Jonas Brothers' popularity some people were calling them the new Beatles, around the time they did a cover of "Hello Goodbye." I remember thinking, "No. Just...no."

From what I'd gathered about the Jonas Brothers fangirls, they wouldn't defend reckless driving under the influence, but they were still pretty crazy.

I'm not sure if Bob Saget is really a good comparison to Miley Cyrus because he, if I'm not mistaken, always did very dark humor. It's not just a reaction to Full House.

Put me in motion, drink the potion, use the lotion, drain the ocean, cause commotion, fake devotion, entertain a notion, be Nova Scotian

He did emphasize it even more after the end of Full House, though. In fact, I expected Todd to show this quote of his instead, especially since it even referenced the horse clip that was shown.

Full House gave me Tourette's. We would be on the set, and, action! "Okay, Michelle, you can't have a horse in the house—" and, cut! "Cock shit fuck!"

New video today for patreons and probably tomorrow for non-patreons.

Unfortunately, I am not a patreon and can't see what it is yet. However, from hints on Twitter involving "wave your hands in the air like you just don't care" and someone suggesting a missing line about moving to Atlanta, plus his recent love of "Uptown Funk", my first guess would be a One Hit Wonderland about Cameo.

You think that's surprising? I was flummoxed when I heard that Nick Jonas did Les Miserables. And he didn't sound that bad, to be honest:

I love to learn, I love to yearn, and most of all... I love to make money.

The Patreon milestone set was reached, so a new retro "Worst of" list will be made.

Joke? Why are you calling it a joke? You drew a picture of two dudes hugging and wrote "I love hugs!" on it.

[up][up]It's possible that it's just a lot easier to find retro best-of lists than worst-of ones, since most people tend to forget the bad stuff from prior years.

It seems like years follow of 2 years of good music followed by two years of suck.

See: 2011 - 2012 compared to 2013 - 2014.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if Todd put "Uptown Funk" on the 2015 best list as well. As I said earlier, it is more associated with this year than it is with last year.

"Uptown Funk" has a chance of topping the 2015 year-end chart.

If anything, putting it in 2015's top 10 list as well would be in line with the bizarre coincidence that Todd usually has the top song of the year on said year's best list.
