There.
My lazy signup is less lazy.
To Be Updated when I'm not LazyName: Freddie "Fred" Winford
Gender: Male
Age: 32
Portrayed By: Cillian Murphy
Personality: Long believed to be some sort of experimental law-enforcing robot by his colleauges, Fred does things by the book to an almost ridiculous degree, dotting every i and crossing every t with a zeal that was the bane of every batch of paperwork that passed over his desk. He's fond of bonsai trees, and messing with his price specimens has been known to shift his mood into something less amicable. Apart from that, though, he also takes just a little bit of pride in being the designated Straight Man.
Bio: Fred was "promoted" to Division 34 in the wake of a rather nasty case he himself have only called the "The Mug Incident." A more accurate description would be a brawl, according to the assaulted, or a pretty brutal beatdown, according to several eye witnesses, between Fred and a fellow cop, Officer Wheelman. The details aren't widely known, but at one point, Officer Wheelman, through malice, or by accident, managed to severely damage one of Fred's best bonsai, and Fred, after requesting an apology and not getting one, would proceed to, to quote a bystander, "go to town on [Wheelman's] ass," dislocating the officer's shoulder and spraining his wrist before being restrained by his fellow officer. When Fred appeared to have calmed down, he was unhanded, only to, as a response to a final taunt from Wheelman, break a ceramic coffee mug on the officer's forehead. Several rounds of psych evaluations later, he was eventually shunted over to Division 34 without further ado.

After graduating police academy, Will joined the New York City Police Department. And was almost immediately transfered to Division 34, told that is talents would be of better use there. He believed them, unfortunately.

"You have more than enough potential. So tell me what is the one wish that would make your soul gem shine." -Mitt Romney, probablyAlright, the first two are accepted. One more sentence for you, Bindle, and you will be accepted as well.
I think we will start the game when we have five people.
Done.
"You have more than enough potential. So tell me what is the one wish that would make your soul gem shine." -Mitt Romney, probablyAlright. One more person, and we can start.
Name: Frank Roman
Gender: Male
Age: 35
Portrayed By: {{https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SamuelLJackson}}
Personality: Frank is loud, crude, and of course gets really angry when you call him "Frankie" something that is not suggested. He does, however, have a serious honor code that he does not believe in breaking. Also gets violent when his father is brought up.
Bio: Frank, the son of a convicted serial killer, was framed for the vigilante murder of a local crime boss. He spent a year or two in jail before getting released, only to find that he had lost his job, his home, and the respect of his children. He was in a slump, until he discovered Division 34. Now, in trade for clearing his name, Frank works for Division 34.
Mad as a hatterI have no Idea on how to do the link thing
Mad as a hatterYou use camel case. For example SamuelLJackson.
And accepted. I'll start up the game soon with the first scenario in mind.
Name: Elizabeth "Liz" Wilson
Gender: Female
Age: 23
Portrayed By: Karen Gillan
Personality: Good-hearted, nerdy, and a bit of a flirt sometimes. Doesn't like working alone.
Bio: Liz came from a poor family, and often had trouble getting by. College was never an option for her, she started working as soon as she finished high-school. She paid for food, rent, and other necessities by doing odd jobs, often several at once. One day, a cousin on the police force told her that Division 34 was looking for new recruits, and that they'd pay her a good salary. In her naivete, she signed on.

Life is like a game of Mahjong. Sometimes you need to take risks if you want to come out ahead.Question, will our group need a psychiatrist to keep the group in check, and will that play apart in our RP
Mad as a hatterOne more line for your bio and you're in.
Hm... I thought There Are No Therapists are at play here.
Looks like we might be due for a big old storm of chaos!

What's Division 34, exactly?
Counter-terrorism? Riot police? Vice? Narcotics? Homicide detectives? Kidnappings and disappearances?
You exist because we allow it and you will end because we demand it.Well, they tackle urban crimes, so unless there are terrorists in the area, they aren't counter-terrorists. Other than that, they are pretty much all-in-one

I think I can join a fifth role-play.
Name: Jake Bond
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Portrayed By: Justin Bieber
Personality: An intelligent, if a bit random kid. Prone to singing at times. Fear of thrown objects. Has a short temper, and has no quandaries about who he hits, be they male or female. Doesn't like to be touched.
Bio: Jake was born and raised in Mad Bull City. His parents died when he was young, and his older brothers left him in an orphanage. Both were killed in shootouts with the police in Las Vegas. Jake didn't care, his brothers were dickheads anyway. One day, he went into the police station to renew his passport, and was asked to join the police. Seeing as he didn't like school, but liked guns, he accepted.
It's quite ironic, considering that Bieber met his end by cops in one universe. Accepted. Mozey on over to the RPG.

This was inspired from a brief conversation between me and Fusionman in a thread and talk of a Buddy Cop Show soon after.
The Premise
Mad Bull City is a City of Adventure, filled to the brim with quirky gangsters and criminals, but it is also home to Division 34, an all-in-one police division that does everything from investigating Homicide, to taking down drug lords. So long as it happens in Mad Bull City, they will be there. Division 34 is home to many quirky officers who accepted the offer to join the division in trade for clearing their criminal records or charges, provided they do their jobs. This story chronicles the Division's adventures and misadventures. The Notes:
