Before you say something about how much you are laughing about it or that you would be glad that happened in real life.

My review of the game it is a cheap knock off of house of the dead and in my opinion is very creepy. If you have any inner political rejoicing in your bone I will resent it against you for a very long time.

P.S.I still find it gruesome and go onto youtube to see it.

Might be best to put this in the "video game" section mate, if a review this is.

Is Tea Party a reference to the social ceremony or the far right political party?

It's more of a discussion rather than a review.Because it's really a bloody satire about the tea party movement.Although I can understand the criticism I think this game really is unpleasant.

Thanks! I'm rather interested in trying this out, tasteless though it may be.

Wow this is hilariously stupid. And hence awesome. For mindless entertainment and absurdity purposes.

Sounds incredibly stupid. I don't need a mindless, gory videogame to prove a point about a violent mob.

Are the Tea Party zombies...invaders?

The Tea Party might as well be mindless zombies. Fuck em.

Not going to be pleasant to them until they quit trying to hold my country hostage with their ignorance.

I LOVED this game to death and undeath.

The Tea Party is really a bunch of evil zombies, reanimated by the Necronomicon, as read by the Koch Brothers.

As tasteless as the game might be, I can't say I personally find it reprehensible. My opinion of the Tea Party is... exceedingly low, to put it as pleasantly as I can.

I don't condone killing them, as stupid, idiotic, moronic, etc. as their beliefs may be. However, I do feel a need to slap a lot of sense into some of these people.

I agree with that sentiment. They certainly don't need a bullet, just a good dope slap upside the head to smack some sense into em.

They are this generation's Ralph Nader.

I find it odd no one has tried to infiltrate the Tea Party masquerading as a far-right extremist advocating Timothy Mc Veigh-style violence, so that the FBI can crack down on them hard.

Rather than committing violence against them, I'm hoping more that they do it themselves first.

Hm, reminds me of this recent cracked article.

by the way I linked to the second page because that's the part I was talking about, just letting ya know so you don't think the entire article is some sort of "right-bashing" thing

Regarding the game itself: Yeah, because demonizing people as mindless things that can be destroyed with no moral qualms for disagreeing with you is always the way to go. Totally.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was a similar game out there with the "zombies" being hard-leftists (a quick Google search says there's a Left 4 Dead skin mod that makes the zombies liberals, at the very least), but that doesn't make it any better.

I tend not to be interested in any games besides RP Gs. First-person shooters, etc. are boring without a good plot.

How does that work? All of the zombies look like Obama and Hillary? Maybe Michael Moore too?

Actually come to think of it, Moore would work pretty well as a boomer. *shot*

Well, if there's anyone out there who deserves it..

I put the Tea Party and the Westboro Baptist Church on about equal footing. The former is just as dangerous and damaging as the latter is disrespectful.

[up]The Tea party is not a collective whole like Westboro and most of all the media sometimes exaggerates them for there own purposes. Not every party group is the same but Westboro is one whole group that has been shown to really get into people's skins.

I really don't like this. Incitement to political violence against civillians, even under a non-realistic scenario is just immoral.

So I just played it. It's a meh game I suppose, an FPS is really not going to work well unless it's point and click. At least it's educational. But zombies were never my thing.

Exploder: Dunno. I followed the search result link, but didn't go deeper than the first page, which only had one screenshot of a zombie wearing an Obama t-shirt (with the stylized flag-colored "O"). I'm not an FPS fan or zombie survival game enthusiast in general, so I didn't feel any particular need to look into the details.

On a tangential note, I wonder if anyone involved with the game mentioned in the OP (didn't follow the link, not interested) had spoken up about claimed right-wing incivility following the Rep Giffords shooting...
