Seeing how much more adorable the Little Sisters in Bio Shock 2 were, maybe just have you holding one in your arms before lifting it on your shoulder.

"We are not a stuffy encyclopedic wiki. We're a buttload more informal".bump.
On a side note, I took another shoot◊ at that Black&White 2 picture... Any better?
"We are not a stuffy encyclopedic wiki. We're a buttload more informal".That's much better.
If not for the fact it's a major spoiler, I would say that the moment that you chose between saving or not Zulf would be perfect.

Donate money to Skullgirls, get a sweet poster. In which work, exactly?
Something called Bastion, apparently.
And for the record, if the original picture was pulled, it should be shown in this thread for reference.
I supposed if one was cynical they could interpret the picture as one girl trying to drag the other toward malevolent spirits. If you're an optimist you could easily see as one girl not realizing something is behind her and the other saying "we need to go". Or one pulling the fleeing one away because they only look scary but they won't hurt you.
Those are things you can guess from the picture alone. When the tropes title is combined with it it becomes obvious. Caring potential. One is caring for the other, plain to see. This picture isn't going to mislead anyone who looks at it to what the trope actually is and will give people the idea even without the caption. Furthermore is an actual example, its fine, image link the rest. We need more image links, seriously.
edit:you American's and your love of contractions, causing all my sentences to be filled with red links!

Modified Ura-nage, Torture RackI like the harvest/rescue picture.
The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman.I think the Harvet/Rescue picture works too. It shows the POTENTIAL for caring for the target... as well as the POTENTIAL for killing it.
That one works well enough for me.
Bump...anyone else like the Bioshock pic?
I do! It helps that the Little Sister is very clearly vulnerable - the choice is all up to the player, as she can't fight back.
"You fail to grasp the basic principles of mad science. Common sense would be cheating." - NarbonicWe have a consensus it seems?
The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman.I only wish there were good-quality screencaps of the optional missions in Assassins Creed that say "Lock onto your target to save the citizen".
Alright, let's wrap this. The harvest/rescue pic is up, potholed, and tagged...if anyone wants to add a caption, go for it. Locking up.
My only gripe about that one is that it might not be clear as to what's going on when it's resized...can it be cropped and keep the same size?
