I have trouble with occasional (wanting to do 1 c and 2 s's).
The other one is recipe.
I was thinking "I have some of these, but it's not any of what people have said yet".. Then I realized: Algorithm — I always want to spell it '..thym'
'Don't beg for anything, do it yourself, or else you won't get anything.'oedipus
This level of trolling is reasonable for Commander Obvious. What do you think of this, everyone?'Attach' is the only word I have trouble with. I keep adding a third 't'.
Reccomend. Or is it recomend?
You are not alone, and you are not strange. You are you, and everyone has damage. Be the better person.I tend to mix up E's, A's, and I's in words, but mostly in words that I don't use everyday.
As far as specific words go, I tend misspell emphasis as empethesis because the combination of Hooked on Phonics and Southern US dialect did wonders. I also pronounce a lot of stuff wrong for the same reason.

Restaurant. Yay spell check!
The emotions of others can seem like such well guarded mysteries, people 8egin to 8elieve that's how their own emotions should 8e treated.connoisseur - that's one that's been giving me fits for some time.
Usually, I'll just use the similar-in-meaning 'aficionado', which is easier.
Oh yeah, also privilege. I always put a "d" in there. Maybe I should come up with some weird way to remember that, like "It's a privilege not to get thrown over a ledge".

I have to experiment with "reconnaissance" every time.
A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineOpportunity. I always spell it "oppurtunity," but then it NEVER LOOKS RIGHT.
Recommend as well.
I tend to do 'opprotunity' more than occasionally.
Exercise, Exorcise. I always put an extra c >__>

I always used to spell necessary as neccesary. I'm sure there are others, but they're not coming to mind at the moment.
reccommend, celing, advisor, neccessary, lisence...
I never knew there was more than one R in "prerogative" until it got flagged the first time I wrote it (the first one is pronounced by all of nobody)

Fresh-eyed movie blogOh dear, 'necessary'. One of these days I'm going to go crazy and just spell it 'necccesssarry'.
I always find 'recommend' easier to remember if I think of it as 'commending' something.
Be not afraid...Rootabegger. Rutabagar? Rutabega? Oh, it's rutabaga. It doesn't help that whenever I hear it said aloud the accent of the person saying it seems to get two or three degrees thicker.
^ The correct spelling is "swede".
