Oh, well, that was fun.

Hopefully I did a better impression on you guys than yesterday. Being able to see what's going on and not having godawful ping help.

Also, the Tofunator: you were a worthy opponent.

Edit: Seing as how people curse my name, I probably DID a better impression. [lol]

Approximately 12pm BST tomorrow I'm going to be fiddling with the settings to get rid of a lot of failed admining attempts and improve performance. Both servers may be unstable or restart.

Alright, thanks for the update plum. And, regardless of any issues, just HAVING this(these) server(s) is awesome.

Yeah, thanks for the servers, Plum. That's awesome of you.

Oh, just one question: why does the game asks for SO MANY votes?

I think you also need to disable the built into the game voting they added.

Okay, so I was able to get on but when we switched servers, I had to drop it due to VAC not being connected to Steam or something.

Also, whoever is rat, you're damn annoying and damn good at cutting me up.

[up][up]That's why. Until I have Steam console control I'm f-ed for what I can do with the servers.

For now, I'll remove Nominations in tomorrow's maintenance, unless I have Steam console control.

I think I may just stick to the troper servers from now on, cause I actually KNOW people in it. However little I may know people, least I can jump on and say "Hey I know him! :D *burn*"

Give it time, as the servers stabilize and get better known among tropers, more people will show up.

True...so I ran around, taking advantage of the emptyness to practice my scout jumping.

If there's anything I DESPERATELY need to practice on, it's my Rocket Jumper and sticky Jumping. I never get enough air and more than half the time I always blow up.

I'm already good with the Scout jumping (or good enough anyway) and don't use the Demo or the Soldier. However, I got plenty of practice at bow headshots in the medieval map. Also, got a POINT BLANK headshot, OH HO! That's why you don't run straight at me.

Protip: If you are a demo-knight and the Sniper hits you with jarate. RUN don't try to out melee him. This is especially true if said sniper has a bushwacka

#194: Jul 19th 2011 at 6:06:44 PM

[up][up] Specifically, you killed me twice as Demo when I was playing Scout with the plain old Bat, then the server unglitched and let me switch to Demoknight for the aforementioned curb-stomping.

So There!

EDIT: Wait, you don't play Demo? That must have been somebody else who kept slaughtering me. So that makes it 1-0, my favor.

Edwards, what's your Steam user name? Because if I've got it right (blue something rat or another), then you were on the end of my pointy flying sticks more than I was on the end of your pointy metal stick.

[up] No, I'm Yonah Avenger. I got in on that round rather late, about all I did was die in the field as Scout a couple times then charge in to kill you and win.

Best: Scout. Worst: Probably Spy or Pyro. Would have been Demoman up until recently, but since I got the Chragin' Targe, Claudhmoar, and Ali Baba's Booties I'm getting better at Demoknighting.

Best: Pyro and Medic. Maybe Spy if I'm having a good day.

Worst: Demo and Soldier.
