Team Fortress 2 Troper Dedicated Servers

Servers updated, should work now.

I'll be sitting on EU server for now. If anyone wants to join I'll be waiting for like half an hour before I get bored.

I'm done I guess. Server kicked me because, apparently, cp_coldfront map differs with whatever I have right now.

I don't have that map.

Common sense would say that the map would download automatically. But it doesn't. Also, is there any support for HLDJ? I though about playing few songs but it didn't work (I'm no twat, not gonna micspam music every single time).

The argument about Team-only Voice Chat being better would have more credit if there were enough people using it to actually coordinate. As is it's only good for yelling "SPY!" and saying "Hey, you, follow me.", neither of which compromises the team.

Besides, I like the chat and taunt, and the whole thing is it's this little place for us to get together and play... so why not talk, too?

Oh, forgot to say, I'm headed on the troper serv, anyone want to join me?

There are plenty of cases where you just need just one other person's help to do something, which would put a huge bullseye on either or your heads if the other team heard you requesting them:

• Preparing an Uber ("There's a Medic nearby, kill him before he can use his charge properly!")
• An Engineer needing some protection while they set up a Sentry and Dispenser in the base ("Their base is open, everyone attack at once!")
• Asking if someone good at Sniper, Spy, or Demoman can get rid of a Sentry ("Get a dedicated spy-checker immediately/have the Snipers look for other snipers/focus on any Demoman you see coming toward the frontline!")
• Just having two people work together for a charge instead of coming one at a time ("They'll be charging in a second, we all need to bunch together at that exit!")
