This is the most exciting news I have ever seen!

I hope they don't put Blaz Blue on hold for this. It interests me somewhat more than Guilty Gear does. And a crossover would similarly halt the progression of the story and it characters.

Here's to hoping Guilty Gear stops the Championship ## Reloaded Sigma Underscore crap. Blaz Blue's been suffering from the same as of recent.

You know, there's nothing that really says they're set in different universes. Maybe different time periods, but Guilty Gear could easily be a prequel. Best of both worlds?

This was confirmed for a while wasn't it? I remember seeing this mentioned last year.

Even if they weren't the same universe they could have I-no/phantom/someone else do some time-magic thing that would transport the GG/BB characters into a coexistent timeline or something.

Yayyy. I like Guilty Gear. Not as much as Blaz Blue, but still a great deal.

As such, I would enjoy a crossover.

I'd love me some new GG. But I'd love it if they clear things up for BB first.

Or better yet, COMBINE BOTH TIMELINES AND NOW BOTH UNIVERSES BECOME CANON TO EACH OTHER.

Eh, Blaz Blue has enough wonky metaphysics going on in it anyway to account for everything. That being said, I'd like to see Slayer and Rachel meet up if only for the excessive level of trolling that would occur.

Well regardless, we're still unsure on how this means next GG comes first before next BB. If GG comes first, then ASW and Ishiwatari must've been Crazy-Prepared to predict such thing accurately and prepared the next GG just in case they are getting it back.

Hell yes. I love the GG games.

My favorite is the PSX game, oddly enough. Or at least, it has my favorite soundtrack.

I've only ever played two GG games, and barring 'Use impossible-to-input-1HKO' victory conditions for one of them, are pretty awesome. The games really badly need subbed battle quotes though.

Since Overture got a dub, maybe this new Guilty Gear game will get one as well?

I hope so. Ky's dub was awesome in Overture. Sol sounded cool too. But ew, I hope Sin isn't in. I hated him, and there's very few GG characters I dislike.

I liked that video up until Sol and Ky. The voices don't match, the acting is horrible, and did their mouths ever move when they talked? Those two are the main reason I'm not so sure I'd like to see a GG game dubbed, and I normally prefer them.

Then again, I haven't played Overture. What's the voices like in that?

Liam O Brien as Ky, Troy Baker as Sol, Yuri Lowenthal as Sin...

I... Couldn't stop laughing at that cutscene. A mix between decent voice acting, Hey Its That Voice, really bad voice acting, nobody really acting like i envisioned them acting, and knights falling out of the sky will do that to a video.

More Fighters need beat'em'up spinoffs. Too bad a lot of the ones we get end up sucking. How WAS overture anyway? I can't get a straight answer out of people. Most think it's So Okay, It's Average, but then you have people screaming about how it's existence is the herald of the end of days for tarnishing the Guilty Gear name and others saying it's the best thing to happen to Dynasty Warriors style combat since Dynasty Warriors.

HEAVEN OR HELL, DUEL 1, LETS ROCK!

I'd pay for a Blaz Blue and Guilty Gear crossover, just to see Noel interact with Bridget.
