Hello, staff guy!
Wow, that's actually in-universe?
You wouldn't believe how much of this we don't script.
Who are you mi? Dana?
Go play Kentucky Route Zero. Now.Mi is Zack. Hi, Zack!
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Hi zack! Quick question: How close are the characters to their real lif personalities?
Go play Kentucky Route Zero. Now.I have a question: Where is Echo Chamber filmed?
Echo Chamber is filmed in Pittsburgh, and the characters in relation to reality have been described by a friend as "basically, they're you guys if you had no redeeming qualities whatsoever."
I learn about how stories work for the same reason that soldiers learn how to strip a rifle.Hi, mi! I presume you're new to the forums, right?
So, does Dana has an account yet?
She posted just above you.
Do you highlight everything looking for secret messages?Oh, oops.
Welcome, Dana! The whole Power Trio/Three Amigos are here!

Oh my God, I'm posting in the same thread as the stars of Echo Chamber! <8D
-Explodes from awesomeness-
So at first I was like "oh, haha, i guess?"
And then I was like "hahahahahahaha"
hooray
Although I didn't watch them in order, so maybe it just had to do with getting used to the format of the show instead of the actual writing.
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterYes, I'm me.
We're working on getting more of Pittsburgh's vast...vistas...into the show so you non-Pittsburghers can be filled with jealousy of our #1 most livable town/city.
Oh my God, you are my favorite character, Zack!
Wait, won't it get confusing since your basically playing exxagerrated versions of yourselves?
Am I talking to the actors/actresses or their characters?
...My brain hurts...
I am so writing a Dan Vs crossover fic with Echo Chamber
You're talking to the actors, not the characters. On the Twitter, it's Character-Zack, but we're just ourselves here :) I doubt Character-Tom would ever be as eager to engage with the community here nor be as wonderful to work with as Real-Tom has been on these forums. And Real-Zack is brilliant, though equally funny.
I learn about how stories work for the same reason that soldiers learn how to strip a rifle.I still say Character-Tom is basically just me.
Man, I wish I could take part in something like this. But follow through just isn't my strong suit...
Yeah, back here, we're the Tropers, not the characters. I like to think I'm slightly less awful to Zack in real life. That guy does two jobs at the same time. You gotta respect that.
Echo Chamber gets EXTREMELY confusing sometimes, though. Sometimes I honestly forget whether something happened first in a script or in reality.
Definitely need to do an episode about that.
I'm so tempted to comment on this, but I'm gonna resist the urge. You're just gonna have to wait and see what we've got planned.
I hope your guys' lips turn blue, too.
And the screen flashes red when Zack inevitably messes up the name of a trope.

Connor here- writer of Walk and Talk and Knife Nut from Episode Three.
[behind the scenes] Wrote the episode without knowing that the incident in the stinger had actually happened, or that by the end of filming Zach really would be super-sore from walking backwards. Enjoying the synchronicity. [/behind the scenes]
