Edited both Cira and all my Frontier characters into the inactive folders of the pages of their respective threads.
"The dried flowers are so beautiful, and it applies to all things living and dead."
Here I come!
@nrjxll: Well, I guess at least my lofty attitude towards killing off characters is better than becoming so attached to one's characters to the point where one laments anything bad happening to them. Can't wait to see how Iraal and Scents react to Zuri's dying words...
As I mentioned in the spoiler at the end of my Dream II post, I won't be able to post with Gon and Ari until tomorrow or something, lest I end up sleep-deprived at work tomorrow. Especially since I plan on introducing a new location with their next post.
I also just realized that I seem to have an obsession of sorts with aura-based powers. Currently I have three characters with Aura Vision in the CDT's (Lupin, Nemaforte, and Durnem), and in (Intergalactic) Express I plan on introducing five characters with that ability (four of which are a musical quartet from Orenya, where practically everyone can read auras). If I were a Super Smash Bros. character, I'd definitely be Lucario.
Come, my child of the devil. Your mother is calling you. Hear my call in Hell's grand hall, where all our dreams come true.Tehpillowstar, are you still sticking around? I can hold off on posting for the northern desert group if you plan on rejoining us. Like I said, not much has happened. Rip had a chat with Lupin about the stone, they rejoined the lunch group, and Ladytanuki's Yamiko involuntarily shared some psychic visions with Wolf's crew, which prompted some reasonable questions being asked. And that's where we are now.
edit: Oh, and the superpowers are melting too

@Ladytanuki: in your post, you wrote that Sentinel called herself other names. I may have made it less clear by using quotation marks instead of italics but she never said the second part of the invocation.
"The dried flowers are so beautiful, and it applies to all things living and dead."Ryuzha, I plan to post tonight, but I can't now because I have a class in 30 minutes (It's a 2 hours and 50 minute class) and I gotta leave. I DID read up on and catch up on everything that went down since I last posted, but I'm a bit confused at what is going on, and what Hazel should respond to (telepathy exists in her universe and while she has defenses, she should still be sensitive to anything going on her way, but I don't know if the telepathic messages Yamiko was sending is directed or "anyone can hear if they tap into the frequency" kind of thing).
Also, I am not sure if Hazel should respond to the Dead God awakening, as it strikes me as something she would be able to sense/detect, but I don't know what exactly is the Dead God, so it's hard to determine.
The weekend prior I was busy attending multiple Magic: The Gathering pre-releases. I'm pretty terrible at broadcasting what I'm up to and why I haven't posted yet.
Also, I seem to be coming down with a cold. I have a sore throat that started yesterday and now I feel very nauseated (spinning around this pivoted chair I'm in probably isn't helping things). I'm still gonna post later tonight as I see no reason not to (If I'm going to 'rest', I'll probably do so with my computer with me.)

"Life is eternal; and love is immortal; and death is only a horizon; and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight." - R. W. Raymond-shoves you in a locker-
It's Joke.
Actually, on that note - before my next post, I'd like some clarification on what exactly are the detectable effects of the Dead God awakening. KC?
Hey, I WON the first tournament I went to. First time I went undefeated too. :D
Going home with 8 packs of prizes felt so good.

"Life is eternal; and love is immortal; and death is only a horizon; and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight." - R. W. RaymondCongratulations! I also hope you feel better. It's no fun being under the weather.
Speaking of the Dead God, Mari probably has no excuse to not notice it. I blame the Cosmic Potion.
I'll probably post for the Barn, but just for Tsadro, sometime this weekend. Got a project due on Thursday, and an all-day outing on Friday.
"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."It's kind of hard to write a meaningful post when I have trouble understanding what's going on with the telepathy shenanigans. :/
"Life is eternal; and love is immortal; and death is only a horizon; and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight." - R. W. RaymondHopefully Ladytanuki can clear that up when she gets the chance.
No post until tomorrow (or later today rather). Got a lot on my mind and I can't quite focus. This Santa Ana weather ain't helping. It is officially fall and we're still getting 90 degrees, now with dry winds. All whIle the sky is overcast.

this place needs me hereHmmmm... So, around 32 Celcius degrees, eh? That's really darn hot, pal. I hope the weather eventually gets better...
...I also REALLY hope so that measure you stated is in Fahrenheit's scale... Because 90 Celcius degrees (194 Fahrenheit degrees!) would mean you shouldn't even be friggin' alive right now! At that temperature the air itself would cook us humans really, really fast.
...Sorry for digressing... I was genuinely confused and horrified by the fact that you said 90 (°C?!) degrees! Since I DON'T live in the USA, which is one of the few countries in the world obstinate enough to stick to stick to the archaic unwieldy, and obsolete imperial units system, I assumed you meant Celcius degrees, and that made me really worried for more than a moment... [shudder]

"It's better to burn out... THAN TO FADE AWAY!"Posted again. Kind of flirting a bit with the Mundane Fantastic trope this time, heh.
Still a great "screw depression" song even after seven years.I just realized that Cynthia knows of someone named Rin from her world. I'll see about touching on that later.

Rhyuza lives in California, so I'm assuming they're talking about Fahrenheit.
Also, because if it was 190 degrees, everyone in California would be dead and you'd be hearing about it.

Gave them our reactions, our explosions, all that was ours For graphs of passion and charts of stars...90 degrees, but yeah, the very fact the number was that high should be enough to signal it isn't Celcius. I mean, that is almost the boiling point of water at the ocean level.
EDIT: and 32 Celcius isn't that hellish on its own, but when coupled with dry winds things do go downhill.

"The dried flowers are so beautiful, and it applies to all things living and dead."32 degrees C in the Hawkes Bay area of New Zealand is "a hot day" and you'd probably seek the comfort of a shady spot if you could but it wouldn't be too bad if you couldn't.
20 degrees C in the Waikato area, is stiflingly muggy and there's nowhere to escape to unless you want to spend the entire day in a swimming pool.
The actual air-temperature degrees mean little, it's the rest of the conditions that go with it. I've both frozen and sweltered at 15 degrees C at different times in the Waikato depending on the other air conditions and I've run around in high twenties/low thirties and subzero temperatures in the Hawkes Bay with no discomfort at all.
Here in the Manawatu we can have pleasant ambient air temperatures coupled with icy winds that feel like they've just rolled in from the South Pole.
It's pretty muggy around here, like a big sauna. Wind is hot, shade is hot, sweat is abundant.

Come to Georgia...its worse.
Not really. I don't live in the USA, remember. And since around here we have our fair share of troubles, news' sources (both local and those on Internet) give priority to domestic issues, instead of focusing on "what the hell is happening with those crazy Americans?!"
[sigh] ... You know, I kinda hate how self-centered Americans can be a lot of times... NOT all Americans, mind you; just those in power/the-spotlight, certain annoying vocal-minorities, and the occasional (and proverbial) rotten-apple.

"It's better to burn out... THAN TO FADE AWAY!"
Eh post, but I was/am tired. Hopefully I'll feel better for the next one. And just a heads up Masterofchaos, the thing behind the door is important. I just didn't want to introduce and open it in the same post as all of this aside talking.
